When we got there the front desk guy was on the computer and made us wait 5 minutes until he helped check us in. Also when we were going to leave there were no luggage carts and the property only has two which seemed like a low number for the amount of rooms. Overall clean place easy location

Close parking is limited; it's nice to be able to keep an eye on your vehicle from you room, in this part of town.

You need more handicap parking!! My Elderly mother and I had to drive around for a while looking for parking when we would arrive late in the evening. We both have physical disabilities where we can't walk very far. All of the handicap parking slots were always full. Thank you very much!

The hotel was good and the room clean. Be aware of the excessive pet fee. We were charged $100 for a small 10 pound maltipoo for 1 night. This kind of overcharge should be stated on the website.

The staff were really nice and welcoming. We had a problem toilet and they sent someone up right away to fix it. Breakfast was excellent and the hote was clean!

My kids and I highly enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn while in town for the balloon festival. Great location. Felt safe. Close proximity to attractions. Lots of nearby dining options. Comfortable space in lobby and outside for socializing… all around great experience!

At night I could hear a low drone sound almost all night. Not sure if it was the central air system. Also, not sure if a different room would have been more quiet.

SUPTACULAR HOTEL
The complementary breakfast is one of the best that I have ever had. It was reflective of the region with delicious New Mexico tastes for those willing to try. In addition, they also had the coast-to-coast comfort foods that you would expect in a hotel breakfast.

The hotel was fine, had a noisy exhaust fan, but the room was great, breakfast was excellent, I would stay there again.

Nothing that like, there is no cleaning of room or replenising supplies of toileteries and towels in the room. Bathroom tub was broken for my my stay of 7-8 dyas. Breakfast is terribel and never made in time.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever!
This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had! And I have stayed in hotels since I was a child, and I am now in my 60's! For starters, when we arrived there was only one TV remote instead of two. We immediately called down to front desk and were told that they would have to find one; they never did. (This is important as my husband is a night owl and I am an early bird, which is why I book hotels with a separate bedroom.) Then the coffee pot leaked water, which soaked the kitchen towels. My husband did not like the cheap carpet. The phone in the living area did not work. There was one bathroom switch for the light AND the fan, which sounded like a 747. Down in the breakfast area, the waffle maker was hidden on the other side of the wall; you would only see it is you sat in the "nicer" part of the breakfast area. When we received our invoices for the two units (one for us and one for our adult son), the rooms and names were mixed up. I had told the young man at the front desk upon checking in that he had mixed up the names/rooms. He did not care enough to correct it. Then when my adult son asked him if you could see the Mass Balloon Ascension (Balloon Fiesta) from the hotel, he incorrectly said "NO." On Sunday morning, we only had to drive to another part of parking lot to see the beautiful balloons. And did I mention that we were charged about $500 per night since it was was Balloon Fiesta time? This place gives all Residence Inns a bad name!

Pralay and Melinda do a tremendous job with breakfast, and make you feel very welcome. The front desk staff and maintenance are all terrific. We switched to this hotel in the middle of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, having been turned off by an argumentative hotel manager in Belen's Super8 who was trying to tack an extra $300 onto rooms we'd already paid for online. Coming to this place after that, easy check-in, lovely room, great breakfasts, no attempts at extortion, was such a relief.
