My booking was for an 11am checkout. I had an Asian woman bang on my door and told me checkout was 10am and that I had to leave. I showed her my booking that stated 11am and she said that’s a mistake you need to leave. Top shelf hospitality

Unfortunately the reception desk closed before the advertised time on the website. Due to an early departure the following morning, it meant that the included breakfast was not available in the room the night before. Otherwise, everything else was in order.

Room not clean - cobwebs in a number of places, ceiling badly stained from water damage. Free internet access was less than 1 of 4G. bed very uncomfortable - very old by the look of it. Airconditioning in room didn't work properly.

This a no frills accommodation, but for the price it ticked the boxes! Clean, everything we needed, close to the town centre. There were some things that needed attention. Bathroom sink was leaking, door lock was sticking, hot water was very slow in delivery but these are small things, overall we enjoyed our stay. It was very well priced, and we were comfortable. Would we stay again? I think yes

Absolute discrace, husband and mate stayed 2 nights at different dates. On way up no milk in fridge. Charged an extra $30 because she said booking was for 1 person. But my booking clearly says 2 people. We have stayed here a few times without problems until now. Never will i stay here again. Terribly disappointing

There was some extremely shady people who seem to be permanently residing there. Made me feel unsafe, they were clearly under the influence of drugs. The room was ok, the furniture was dusty though, and obviously not wiped down regularly. The surrounding grounds where very unkempt and neglected. The main office area showed alot of clutter and hoarding like area visible from the front area.

Clean rooms. Only thing good about it. Very noisy. Next door didn’t stop talking making noise with music till 4am when someone left. The was disappointing ad I couldn’t sleep. At one stage was going to get police involved. The shower hot tap was leaking. I got burnt 2x. The tap itself was hot to turn. There were no smoke alarms.
