Thank you for taking the time to review your stay Maggie. The outdoor pool generally closes at 9pm. This is partially for safety with the minimal outdoor night lighting though mainly to keep noise levels to a minimum for any rooms within the vicinity. On occasion we will extend open times slightly due numerous reasons such as excessive hot weather or heat waves, inhouse functions or maintenance though generally the pool hours are 6am until 9pm daily.We are disappointed that you received conflicting information on this occasion and have since set more transparent guidelines for the pool hours due of this.We do hope you return to stay with us at Atura Albury in the future and travel safe until then.Warm regards, The Atura Albury Team

We are surprised to hear you found our brand new 'Dream Beds' uncomfortable. These have been a very recent addition to the Hotel, are a standard ensemble height and have so far proven very popular with guests.Your room type, the King Deluxe, has a 2 seater sofa plus a 2 seater dining table and chairs set. We are uncertain if it was the type of furniture, the angle it is set or there were structural issues that made you feel uncomfortable, however, our team is investigating all options that may have caused discomfort and whether we can make changes to make this better for future guests. You must have a super vision into the future!You will be pleased to know new a new carpet style has been already selected and we have also started replacing every elevator in the Hotel brand new.You were also allocated one of the very few rooms that has not had a new level completed on the small lip from to the bathroom. All rooms will be completed in the very near future.Along with these, there are also some additional Hotel upgrades coming up and we cant wait to show you them all. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It is difficult to respond to your review fairly as you have posted anonymously. Atura is going through some changes to benefit our guests that have had and will continue to have minimum disruptions. One guest lift is currently not in use though our brand new staff lift has been opened up for guests. The our of lift is masked by colorful Atura theme mural and we really do apologies if this appeared as disarray to you.Breakfast is on par (& actually much less if pre-booked) with other hotels and even a la carte cafes in the area, 25 for the full buffet with coffee & tea included, though yes, high quality, individually made barista coffee is an additional cost. We hope you travelled safe to your next destination.
