I travelled with my friend.
- Door lock was not working
- WiFi connecred but not working
- Electricity was not working in half of the room when we first moved in, then an engineer helped to run it but the telephone still did not work.
- We were unable to call the reception, room service, or kitchen because the telephone was not working.
- There was no kettle at the room (contrary to my last visit).
- In the 2nd day, the hospital staff again disconnected half of the room Electric (centrally) so the fridge stopped working and our sea food meals in the fridge became spoiled.
- Food options are OK but the quality is bad.
- The Tang orange juice smells old bad (like fermentation).
- The beans smell old in taste.
- Foods of previous days should not be served to guests.
- My friend found bugs (insects) on his bed.
- No mini bar as stated here in Hotels.com
- No kettle was found in the room (unlike my previous visit in 2018)
- It is a complete waste of money and does not deserve even 1/10 of rating.
