The property is off the beaten path, not close to the beach, restaurants or anything. The property was in poor condition, states toiletries are provided, the only thing provided was soap and toilet paper. No hot water, no notice, and when we came back to the room the second day the door was wide open, "staff was rude, she stated that how would she know that the door was open she doesn't go up to the rooms, when I asked to speak to a manager she said she would send someone up, no one came, I went down the next morning let the front desk know again that no one came and they made arrangements for 9 am, again no one came. Wouldn't recommend and first hotel through expedia that I was extremely disappointed in.

The hotel it self was pretty nice but the staff was shockingly bad. Didnt want to help with anything and extremely rude. The lift was broken the pool wasnt open, there was 1 hair dryer to use between all rooms.

Muito bom para férias relaxadas...
Apartamentos a acusar a idade, mas funcionais, limpeza diária e constante dos espaços , empregados simpáticos e disponíveis. Partilha espaços e serviços com o Balaia plaza mesmo ao lado. Piscinas exteriores agradaveis e relaxantes. Acesso à praia de Santa Eulália via falésia da aldeia dos Pingaretes mesmo ao lado. Existencia de alguns mini mercados ao lado, mas a deslocação ao Intermarché ou outro supermercado do género vale a pena. Não é muito longe da zona animada da Oura.

Good home base
Large balcony, great kitchen facilities and fantastic shower! Bed very firm. Lack of cleaning utensils in kitchen and dissapointing the pigeon mess wasn’t regularly cleaned on the large balcony.

L' emplacement est bon, les chambres sont d'une superficie interressante; mais l' entretien est déplorable, il regne une humidité permanente; et des moisissures sur les murs qui sont dangereuses pour la santé et ont causé une crise de sinusite à mon épouse.

Not what all what was advertised
The service was horrible. The staff didn't care. I made several complaints and was told they were booked solid and they were "behind". I already submitted more in depth comments to hotels.com when I emailed them after checking in. I was told I'd be contacted. I have not to date heard from anyone.

Localização boa, mas serviço de limpeza muito fraco. Não repunham toalhões de banho e no tempo que lá estivemos 6 noites não fizeram uma muda de roupa de cama. AC não funcionava como deve ser... :(

Lovely hotel with a beautiful beach close by.
The hotel and apartments have just been bought out by new owners and we were among the first guests to arrive. They were all seeing too the restaurant and building work was doubt in around the pool area. We were however upgraded to the hotel which was beautiful. Our apartment says huge and well maintained with good kitchen facilities. It was also cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel has a well stocked shop which s reasonably priced. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Within a week the restaurant and pool areas will be be up and running. Great place to have a holiday.
