Thank you very much! On the other hand, we apologize that our hotel didn't live up to all your expectations and preferences. Regarding our food options, we always have a variety of national and international dishes and even theme nights, such as Portuguese, Mediterranean and Around the World. The ban on buoys and inflatables, as well as balls in swimming pool, is due to safety issues and to maintain the health and safety conditions of the water. This is a rule of the hotel so that all guests are comfortable and safe and that they can enjoy the area without limitations. Sometimes our team allow exceptions in children's pool. However, whenever it is verified that the safety of guests and the tranquility of the pool area are at risk, we reinforce the limitation of the use of these objects.
