Very cleaned, one of the front desk person could be more amicable & friendly. Also coffee machine you need to pay for your pods they give you only 2 but difficult to find in the store and at the front desk they sell it by group of 4....they could give you 2 for everyday that you booked!

Horrible reception and customer service. Did not get what was promised at time of booking. No free breakfast and the 'free' spa treatment was only an e try to the spa--felt it was sneaky. The pools were empty and the walkways are in disrepair.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, although we advise all guests to report any situation to our Reception or to Management (in case of any staff situation), in way for us to take care of all during all guests stay. Cordiality and respect are a main standard of our staff service so we are really surprised of any comments regarding to it, although we hope that guests could also respect all staff. Nevertheless, there are also some notes needed to mention. All info regarding the property is duly presented at online webpage considering the maintance work occurring in the exterior pool. Our indoor pool was perfectly working during its schedule. Please note also that Vip acess includes one free entrance to our spa (which includes access to gym, sauna and indoor heated pool) which was duly provided. There are no spa massages included. Regarding breakfast, your booking was made with Room only basis, so to add breakfast basis its necessary to require and pay it at Reception or restaurant.We will communicate this with all departments and nevertheless we appreciate your feedback to improve our services.Yours Sincerely , Marina Club Lagos Resort

Lovely spacious suite with balcony, kitchen facilities, and street view with ocean at a distance. A well maintained resort! Nice outdoor pools and landscaped surroundings, by the marina. Indoor pool is tiny- attached to spa and too expensive for casual use. Easy walking to large grocery store, transportation, beach and old town. So much to see and enjoy nearby. It is a beautiful coastal town with lots of hiking walking outings , accessible w public transit. Lovely weather in late fall.

The air conditioner was so noise. Move to sleep on the couch middle of the night. Complaint to the front desk next morning. They sent the engineer up. Blame on me because I turn on the air. As I didn’t did. He said I have to turn it when sleeping. They refused to change the room. Never can talk to the manager asked for two times. Uncomfortable to sleep another two nights without air. It gave me such headaches. Don’t stay at Marina Club Suites Hotel. They don’t care about you comfort. Only the MONEY. DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED stay in Largo, Portugal.

Dear all, Thank you for the review. We are sorry for any inconvenience, although this situation was reported and checked by our maintenance. First of all, it’s important to mention that all accommodations of this room type were fully booked at the time of the guest stay and our team did their best to solve all issues.The air conditioning equipment, as all machines, at all units, central or not, make some type of sound at some point. Only when those are completely shut down, in this particular case, it stops completely the sound of it. Please note that we presented different suggestions to solve the issue such as we have provided several electric heaters (which do not have any sound) as a solution instead of the air conditioning and it was refused by the guest.Our team is always available for the guests and try to provide at every time the best service and quality of stay possible for all of our guests.Once again we regret all inconveniences and that the guest experience was not the best.Yours Sincerely , Marina Club Lagos Resort

The staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. As an Expedia VIP access, I was able to get an access to the hotel SPA access. They have a gym, sauna and indoor pool. The hotel room is huge for just the two of us. Room facilities like microwave, kettle and can even cook with their induction cooker. They have a huge outdoor pool and for kids. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the Marina. It’s a safe area and can reach the old town by foot. I highly recommend this hotel o family and friends, and I will stay in this property if given a chance to comeback.

Place a bit disappointing really . Seating in living room very uncomfortable. Very few umbrellas around the pool , no poolside catering.No suitable table on balcony for eating.

Whilst the hotel is very central, I wouldn’t like to stay there in peak season as many people in neighbouring flat’s etc buy an annual pass to the pool area along with those people owning boats in the marina. I can’t see there could be nearly enough beds let alone shady areas.

Great hotel, location close to activities in Lagos
Well located hotel right by marina, close to all but quiet when needed. Hotel is super clean and you have plenty of space in your room. Apartment rooms are great as can make own food etc. Staff friendly, pool great, only minor point is bar could do with a little more atmosphere in evenings.

The property was perfect for us with a very large suite as standard. The pool area was particularly good as "saving beds for later" is definitely not permitted. The only one minor niggle would be that you have to pay €10 per day to use the gym. Apart from that it was fantastic

Exceeded our expectations, highly recommended!
We stayed in a superior two bed apartment, which was very spacious and had a large balcony with table, chairs and two sun loungers. View of the pool but some privacy from the trees too. Very clean, daily maid service was great, fab air conditioning kept us cool. Reception staff welcoming and helpful advising on trips etc. We were able to park our hire car in the basement carpark free of charge, handy for transporting our luggage straight up in the lift, as well as keeping the car cool for trips out. Pool area well designed, busy as it was peak season but a nice atmosphere, plenty of sunbeds and we enjoyed going late afternoon when it quietened down. We loved the location at the marina, nice restaurants and cafes nearby, 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket and an easy walk into the old town across the footbridge. Overall it exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place.

We are a family of four, with 2 teens. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Each child had their own converted bed in the living room. The pool is amazing and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Entre lo que menos nos gustó que en el baño de la habitación,faltaba una barra de colgar la toalla de manos,tampoco disponía de un espejo de aumento en el baño( como suele haber en un hotel de 4*.Así mismo echamos de menos más información sobre la zona por parte del personal de recepción. Para ser un hotel de 4* notamos falta de mantenimiento en zonas exteriores ( suelo de la piscina con pavimento en mal estado con riesgo de hacerse daño) . Así mismo, con es podría disponer de algún tipo de entretenimiento para los clientes,tipo mesa de ping-pong,mesa de billar,animación nocturna... En general hemos estado agusto y recomendaríamos el hotel.
