INFORMO QUE ESTA SENHORA TEVE 2 RESERVAS (8-20 abril) e (10-21 abril) e o Ourabay Hotel cancelou-as sem custos devido ao COVID-19. Como é que é possível haver avaliação???

Dear Sir and Madam All requests and repairs made by the costumers during their stay are promptly answered. In relation to the refrigerator tray, the red coloration was rust from the resistance of the refrigerator and defrosting, and not blood! When the guest delivered the tray to the receptionist, was immediately solicited the cleaning to the Housekeeping and the delivery of the tray to the apartment. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience , however Ourabay Hotel and Staff work every day to provide a excellence service to the guests, to also make their stay the best it can be. Dear guest, I'm sure you misinterpreted the information our staff gave to you on arrival. Because of a last minute maintenance problem in the room (and because we were completely full) we had to book you another room in a different hotel (right across the road) with an upgraded room because of this problem. Then when we fixed the problem (and having free rooms meanwhile) we decided also to give you an upgrade, but even though with both FREE upgrades it seems that it was not good enough for you. We don't think we deserve this type of review when we did all our best to provide you with a good stay, despite the problem we had. We work hard in the busiest season of the year and we feel we do not deserve this type of comments. Regards
