Great spot within a 5 minute walk to O stop and beach. Staff was incredibly friendly and it seems like they have been updating the grounds. Villa was well kept just a little dated, but the decor was clean and aesthetically pleasing!

We stayed as a family of 5 for a night in transit to Spain. The property is a clean, lovely and quite well maintained. The washroom and kitchen are a little dated but well kept. Lots of restaurants within a few min drive. Beach is a 10 min walk. Ocean view was lovely. We enjoyed the stay.

This property suited us perfectly. It was in easy driving distance to some of the coastal highlights, the restaurant food was excellent and it was in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busy downtown core.

This property is good value for money. The 2 bedroom units have kitchens with washing machines, there is cable TV, access to a pool and tennis courts. The restaurant serves excellent food. It is owned by a husband and wife who love good cuisine.

Air conditioner was leaking water. Maintenance came to repair the next day but left our door open without locking it. It was outrageous.

Had a lovely stay in a superior two bed townhouse with sea view. Apartment was spacious, clean (cleaned every day) and comfortable and had everything you need including air con, fly screens across the windows / patio doors, dishwasher, freezer and lovely powerful hot showers. Both the downstairs patio and the roof terrace had tables and chairs and sunbeds - the rooftop terrace being private and out of sight of neighbours. The hotel is well situated for a short easy walk into town. Unusually for us we ate three nights in the hotel restaurant as it was so good - fantastic quality food plus such friendly service and nice ambience. The hotel grounds are well kept with lots of attractive plants and trees and there’s plenty of parking. My only improvement suggestion would be more comfortable patio chairs!

On site restaurant and pool side bar had excellent food for dinner. Service and staff were outstanding!!!!! Location is tucked away and quiet despite “family friendly” so we enjoyed quiet sunrises and sunsets on the patio overlooking the sea. Apartment was roomy enough (2 bedrooms) and a family could have had a person stay on the couch in the loft as well. Rooftop terrace was private and had a great view. Our Al fresco meal out there with local cheese and meats we bought at market was one of our favorite evenings.

Good location, several grocery options nearby. Bathroom in our unit was small, even by european standards. A nice touch would be to provide a few more basics, like paper towels and a small container of laundry detergent.

We stayed for 3 nights, room never cleaned, and toilets paper not refilled, we had to stay there for no toilet paper for last day of stay. I want my money back!What kind of hotel is that?

Concerning your comments on "room never been cleaned" we would like to inform that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding and for that we apologize. You arrived on Saturday to a cleaned apartment. On Sunday we do not have cleaning service, but Monday we have cleaning service, if the house was not attended, we apologize and will have a closer look into what happened. This same applies to the toilet paper, we always refill the toilet paper, but if for some reason it is required more, a phone call to the reception will sort it out. Again, our apologies for any inconvenience caused. This situation does not reflect our high standards of care for the guests. Our best regardsThe management

Das Frühstück ist zwar jeden Tag gleich, aber es ist auch vielseitig und reichhaltig, immer alles frisch, vor allem mit frisch gepresstem O-Saft und Obst 👍 Bett war etwas schaukelig. Ausstattung etwas älter aber alles super sauber und gepflegt!! Zu Fuß zum Ort gut 20 Minuten, für jeden Abend etwas weit..??!

EXCELLENT CHOIX
Hôtel très agréable dans un très joli cadre. Accueil très sympathique par une hôtesse qui parlait français.Le parking est juste devant l'appartement. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et de qualité. Grande chambre appartement bien équipée avec placards, canapé, lit très confortable. Terrasse et cuisine tout équipée. Le seul petit bémol est la taille minuscule de la salle de bain avec toilettes intégrées...on aurait apprécié un peu plus d'espace et une possibilité de ranger les produits de toilettes. On peut aller à pied à Carvoiero et la plage de Centeanes.

Outdated rooms with uncomfortable beds and a small unpleasing bathroom. Ice cold water in the pool, terrible gym (if you can even call it that). Was unable to make a reservation in the restaurant the same day.

We had a nice stay, it’s a comfortable apartment, it’s quiet, ours was on the 2nd floor. The pool and restaurant are good. There is about 10 minute walk to a beach. A closer walk to a walkway across the clifftop, that meets up with a boardwalk, that will take you into town. The town, Carvoeiro, is cute, with shops, restaurants and a beach. We did have a few issues. Check in is after4pm, we couldn’t check in until 5pm. They told us we could checkout an hour late (at noon), but the cleaning people arrived before 11:30. There was only one bath towel, no dish soap. The bedside lights didn’t work at first, but we found they were plugged into the wrong outlet for the wall switch to work. The TV in the living room didn’t have audio, so they brought us a desktop TV.

We checked out a day early. Our rooms had smoke alarms flashing above each bed. Curtains and even the towels provided were dirty. It’s overall a bit dated and wasn’t helped by the “entertainment” playing music until 11. The place needs a bit of a refresh. The breakfast was nice and staff around the restaurant were attentive.

Hotel anticuado con lo básico en el Algarve
Hotel anticuado, instalaciones ya antiguas, mantenidas( en el baño de abajo manchas de humedad en el techo) , no hay luces en el salón ni en las habitaciones (nunca he visto eso en un hotel) solo tiene lámparas, una cosa rarísima. La relación calidad precio es horrible, carísimo para lo que ofrece, por las instalaciones debería costar la mitad. La piscina es de lo mejor, no es grande para los 71 apartamentos que hay, pero está bien, quizás lo mejor de nuestra estancia. El desayuno muy malo, muy poca variedad y una sala muy pequeña, no quiero pensar el caos cuando esté lleno de gente. Lo mejor la situación, cerca del centro de Carvoeiro (15 minutos andando) y de una cala a 10 minutos No volvería a este hotel no lo recomendaría.

Had a wonderful holiday in Portugal. Pestana Palm Gardens was a great base. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the bar staff. We paid for a premium sea view townhouse and were a little disappointed with how tired and basic it was compared to the photos on website. Having said thar it was.spacious with lovely terraces and air conditioning which was definitely needed. The swimming pool and sunbeds got extremely busy every day so need to get there early!! Bar snacks for lunch were ideal, tasty and reasonable price. Carvoeiro was about 30mins walk downhill and we sometimes got a taxi back up for 5 - 6 euros.

This place was nice but there are things that this hotel needs to work on. First, the check in time is at 4 pm. This is a very late time and they do not provide an area to leave our luggages as we wait. Second, we booked a villa for 5 adults, but there was only space for 4 adults. There was a sofa bed, but the quality of the bed was so terrible that one of the adults was not able to sleep on it. Third, the hot water would run out quickly. For a villa with 5 adults, it was disappointing that the last few had to shower in cold water. Fourth, there is no housekeeping service on Sundays. Lastly, there is no room service. So if you had to get bottled water, you would have to go all the way to the restaurant to order one and take it back to your villa.
