Probably won't be back
The hallways were barely lit so as 2 female travelers, it was a bit spooky to walk around the premises. In addition, the front desk was not very helpful and straightforward unless pressed in respect to our inquiries. The room itself was okay. Would only consider staying again for the price point.

Very central location, the room had everything we needed but is very tired in places, we are 2 women travelling alone but didnt feel unsafe at all, the room was adequate for our needs and would definitely stay again

Pleasent stsy
Fantastic location, value for money & very clean apartment. Balcony could do with a coat of paint & shower door missing one panel, & main front door never locked, which meant security was not very good. Overall a pleasant stay.

A tv do quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionava. A recepção não tem “ferramentas” para dar resposta a falhas graves na estadia, limitando se a dizer Lamentamos. Menos palavras e mais pro actividade fazem falta neste estabelecimento

Det här är ett toppenhotell att åka till med sina vänner om man ska ha kul i Albufeira. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt och alla i personalen pratar bra engelska och är trevliga. Rummet var rustikt men hade det nödvändiga. ordentligt med sängar, stor balkong, AC, välstädat. I en ort som Albufeira som är fullsmetad med barer och restauranger ett stenkast från havet sitter man ju inte på hotellrummet och häckar precis. Där sover man några timmar på sin höjd. det här hotellet gör definitivt jobbet. För det pris jag betalade var det en riktigt bra deal. Jag är supernöjd.

At £20 a night, for two, being right in the centre of the old town, you cannot complain. The beds are lumpy, the apartment is a bit grotty, but it's OK for say, 10 days. The staff are nice, but oddly, hardly ever there, even in the posted time periods they are supposed to attend. It may be worse in the winter season, but a lot of people simply cannot get in to check in, even if they arrive in the 'staffed' periods of 12noon to 8pm. If you miss the opening times, or if the staff have gone away (normal) you will not get in, booking or not. The staff are however friendly but mostly unable to deal with problems - like missing kit in the rooms, broken showers, broken room entry doors, broken showers etc. We hit lucky compared with 2-3 people who also stayed but had many issues. As for the €100 breakage deposit, as far as I can tell, this seems to be a "holding payment" that expires on its own, so there is no "return of deposit". In any case you'd be insane to not use a credit card (which gives a lot of protection). The building is obviously being "camped in" by the owners, hoping to make a capital return on a future sale, or maybe looking to get a deal to sell - this may be why the apartments are so obviously under-invested and run on a show-string. On the other hand, we were OK for only €20 per night, as we were there partly for appointments, and it was only partly a holiday.

For us apartment was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned each day. Apartment good location for centre and was quiet. Was a very basic room but for the price was ideal for three lads on a boozy weekend who basically only slept there.

Great location, nice rooftop pool and pleasant staff. A/C was great. The room felt clean enough but the towel and bed sheet did have stains on them. Shower is very week. For a short stay i recommend, longer stays probably not.

Bra läge i Olsson Town Albufeira. Enkelt att ta sig dit med bil, måste dock ha en ganska liten bil för att komma in på parkeringen. Trevlig personal men dålig standard.

Único ponto bom é a localização e ter estacionamento, pois no resto deixa muito a desejar, a porta do box fora do lugar o box muito pequeno e tínhamos de tomar banho segurando a porta para ela não cair e quebrar, no todo o hotel extremamente mal tratado, quando no ato de check um nos pediram um cartão como garantia e debitaram do cartão o valor para um extorno no ato do check out coisa que nunca vi acontecer, pois bem quando fomos fazer o check out a máquina estava com problema é não foi possível externar, nos informaram que no dia seguinte fariam, isso tb não aconteceu nas minhas férias tive que ligar para o hotel diariamente para saber se tinham resolvido, após uma semana de ligações consegui falar com o setor administrativo que me pediu um número de conta para depositar o valor cobrado que foi de 100 euros, como eu possuo conta em Portugal foi um facilitador e mesmo assim ainda levaram 2 dias para depositar, mas me deu trabalho e prejuízo pois o cartão era da minha amiga do Brasil e já tinha fechado o mês quando esse problema começou logo ela teve que pagar IOF, eu não recomendo e não voltarei

We were in room 21 it was very dated & only fit for 2 people Not 3, just too small for 3, kitchen was in a coboard , no balcony to dry clothes, our towels were not changed. On the plus side we had air conditioning, bathroom &bins were cleaned & emptyed every day, and best of all was the location

The roof terrace was the best bit, although we didn't use it as we went out! The whole place needs an overhaul. There were not enough powerpoints in the kitchen area and chairs were dodgy. The location was noisy, beside a steep road out of Albufeira used by motorbikes and heavy vehicles. Cleaning staff never appeared until late in the afternoon when we were wanting to rest. Reception staff gave different stories about returning our deposit. We have been to Portugal several times and this is the least favourite. Least favourite anywhere come to that.

very old, smelly, dark, gloomy and filthy..... first night we arrived, the reception told us that the room was not available and we had to go to another hotel for the first night which was awful.

Arranged late arrival in advance by email and telephone as reception shuts at midnight. Arrived at 12.20am to closed hotel. Rang numbers by door and a chap said he would be there in ten minutes. Nobody came. Rang again and stood there nearly an hour until he arrived and let me in. As a lady travelling alone it wasn’t ideal. Other than that, fabulous location. Basic but clean base for a budget holiday.
