A lovely short break to this hotel. It’s in a great location a short walk from the beach in the new town. It’s in a quiet area but close by to everything you need. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and it was clean, spacious and well equipped. Would definately recommend z

Staff were friendly reception area was very nice as was the pool area and clean, the room we stayed in was spacious the only issue I had was the floor throughout was dirty when we arrived I told reception straight away they said they would contact the cleaners 5 times in total I told reception that the floor was still not cleaned, it wasn’t done properly during our 11 night stay so would not return or recommend unfortunately

Great self catering apartment
Excellent location. Very clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday. I did need to call reception for some help operating the oven but after 4 attempts no one answered. Luckily I managed to figure it out. I would definitely stay again

A lovely hotel
A lovely hotel. Would be family friendly too or suitable for groups or couples. Lovely view from the balcony and the sun still gets up there even after it’s covered by the pool by shade. The room was very clean and had a good size bathroom and a small kitchen which was very useful! Particularly the fridge 😊 Our stay was spoilt by a group of 4 lads in the room next door. They would get in at around 4am and party in their room for the next 3 hours which was very loud! Also people around the pool were using their own speakers but there were hotel speakers around the pool already playing music so it made it very noisy and uncomfortable. However it was a great location 😊

Excellent rooms and staff
Briliant size rooms and balcony, comfortable beds, new seatees and table, fully equipped kitchen. All reception staff very friendly and helpful, great location, good pools. Only issue was the shower, design meant the room flooded every time we showered and had to mop up/use towels to dry the floor

A great located property
A great room in a great located property. We had a 2 bedroom room 12D in the main block (the property has a few blocks as part of the complex) The room was made up of 2 twin bedrooms, a main bathroom with a huge powerful shower, a small kitchen looking out over a living room with a table for 4. In the kitchen you have a fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all the crockery and utensils and nice little pack with a sponge, anti bac spray, washing up liquid and bin bag! There was a tv with a good choice of Channel’s, Air con/heating in the living room and both bedrooms, then there is a huge balcony with doors from the living room and main bedroom on to it. On here you find a table and 4 chairs, cleaning mops, clothes airer and a great view over the main pool and out towards Benidorm front (including a sea view!!) There is NO hairdryer in the room and No iron or board. The property has a couple of outdoor pools with plenty of space to lounge around and also a heated indoor pool (must wear a swimming cap to use) There is a bar on-site (I believe this property may also do All inclusive at a different time but we were self catering. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk to the front or Benidorm ‘centre’! There’s a shop just down the road as well as a couple of bars serving food (inc breakfast!) A great stay had by all, highly recommend.

Brillant place to stay
We couldn't fault my stay at all but u must say the shower flooded the apartment but apart from that the rooms was very clean beds where very comfy and not a bad few from the balcony really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come a stay here agan its in a very good spot near all the bars shops&entertainment very 😊
