Stayed at topacio 2 last year and was very happy with the apartment so booked topacio again. Was put in topacio 4 in what was supposed to be a superior apartment but found it very lacking. There was no kettle or hairdryer. Very limited kitchen equipment. Only 1 large glass. 3 cups etc. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a weeks stay. The apartment was clean but could do with some TLC. TV had very limited channels. Nothing in English. Workmen were renovating downstairs apartment so lots of hammering and drilling. Was very disappointed after the stay we had last year and would probably not book topacio again after this experience. Possibly being unfair. Could just be that the owners need to put a little thought to their guests comfort

En general, todo estaba muy bien. Lo único q les faltaba era el aire acondicionado.Por la noche se podía dormir porque corría el aire pero en el centro del día hacia mucho calor.

Worn down appartment but great location.
Worn down apartment with a minimum of equipment. We had to go to the reception several times to get missing stuff for the kitchen. Not clean. Topacio is four seperated apartment complexes with seperate gates and admission. Topacio IV wich we were in did not have 3 pools as the ad had pictures of but rather two smaller ones. The reception was in a different complex called Hippocampus. The receptionist at the nearby Hippocampus apartment complex that servet Topacio IV was very helpful. The location is great. It is right on the beach and close to stores and resturants.

The rooms were a good size for the two of us. The balcony was large with a table and chairs and got the sun in the afternoon. The flat contained basic furniture which was adequate for our 1 week stay and was very comfortable.

Situación inmejorable.
Apartamento óptimo y situación inmejorable. Le falta limpieza. Tenía una lamparita de noche rota. Faltaba una luz en baño. Roto un mando de la cocina. Sartenes asquerosas. El sofa olía a sucio, pedimos una sábana para podernos sentar. Mantas con manchas blancas pegadas. Colchón muy malo. Menos mal que somos personas que nos adaptamos a todo y pasamos 5 días buenos. Estos aptos. si estuvieran con un mantenimiento en condiciones, serían excelentes. A lo mejor ha sido mala suerte en ofrecernos uno que no le habían revisado. No obstante, Calpe espectacular.

Lovely 2 bed apartment, ideal location
We had a 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Nice view of the sea and the salt Lake. Set on the seafront, close to the rock and supermarkets. About a 25 min walk into town. Apt block was kept very clean and lifts were very efficient. Only downside to our stay was the mattress on the bed, rather uncomfortable unless your able to sleep on your back! All in all it was very good value for money and would definitely stop there again.

Very nice apartment with fantastic sea views and private entry/ exit to beautiful promenade. Only negative is that the bathroom requires upgrading. Overall a comfortable convenient and reasonably priced apartment. Would go back again.

Buena localizacion .Apartamento limpio pero empieza a necesitar una remodelación ya que tiene detalles a mejorar como los marcos de las puertas que estan desprendidos o pegados tambien alguna cortina q no sube y tablas de la escalera al atico sueltas por lo demas muy bien aunque quizas haya gente q con ño q he dicho ya no le valga

Vacaciones cómodas y baratas
Relación calidad precio muy buena valoración. Tiene el mobiliario un poco anticuado pero el apartamento es grande y cómodo. La atención fue muy buena. Como cosas negativas, la tele se veía regular (la señal iba y venía) y fuimos incapaces de conectarnos al WiFi. No dijimos nada en recepción xq nos daba igual.

We had no complaints about the apartment. It was basic but clean and had what we needed for our 5 night stay. The location was great. Very quiet but probably a lot busier and noisier in the summer months. Our only complaint was that the place we were told to go to for the key was locked up and after 40 minutes of wandering around a friendly shopkeeper told us where to go. We were not impressed by that but that was hotels.coms fault not the apartment owners. We would stay there again

Kitchen very basic stock, all crockery not microwave safe yet microwave is provided! Area very quiet, no night life as we went off season. Very helpful staff at Turmalina.

Clean budget apartment - could do better.
My son and family stayed in Apartmentos Topacio IV. The apartment was clean as was the beds and general condition. Unfortunately - I think because the apartment was ' up for sale' the patio doors would not lock and also there was no kettle in the kitchen to make a hot drink.

Todo correcto, sin más, relación calidad precio correcta. Podía haber estado más limpio, pelos en los baños, incluso debajo del precinto que ponen en la taza para garantizar su limpieza. Una colcha muy muy sucia por la parte que no se veía. También nos marearon a la hora de recoger las llaves teniendo que pasar por 3 lugares diferentes, después de un largo viaje y llegando a la hora que llegas y con niños pequeños, fue bastante fastidioso. Pero insisto, en general todo correcto, sin más, relación calidad precio correcta.

Home from home.
Beautiful place. Apartment was clean but dated. However, we all really enjoyed our stay. Check in gentleman very helpful at Turmalina, as couldn't find our apartment at first. Very convenient location for beach. Sunrise from our balcony of beach spectacular. Sunset of mountains spectacular too.

Todo ha ido muy bien pero porque en mi familia nos adaptamos a todo. Las camas bastante malas. El mensaje justo, no teníamos ni 4 cucharillas para desayunar. El sofá cama está cayéndose. Una pequeña reforma y sería perfecto.

We zaten in een prima appartement dit compleet was. Uitzicht op de tuin, strand en binnenmeer. Ligging aan de boulevard waar winkeltjes, bars en restaurants liggen. Mooi strand en centrum ook op loopafstand. Gezellige plaats Calpe.

Limpio y práctico
Pues la verdad es que iba con miedo por los comentarios que había leído pero el apartamento ha cumplido perfectamente nuestras expectativas. A nosotros nos dieron uno de dos habitaciones y estaba limpio, las camas eran bastante cómodas ( si acaso las almohadas un poco bajas pero como había de sobra pusimos dos), y teníamos 2 terrazas con vistas al mar. La situación es inmejorable tanto por estar en la misma playa como por la variedad de comercios y restaurantes cercanos. Creo que la relación calidad- precio es muy buena. Ha merecido la pena sin duda encontrar estos apartamentos.

Nice hotel, great position close to the beach....
We had a problem booking in as there didnt seem to be a reception. ..after an hour one of our party found it was across the road in a different building..I hadn't been able to print out my booking as had run out of ink so sure it was there in that paperwork which would have made it easier .All fine after we got into the apartment...

Spartanskt och skitigt.
Extremt besvärlig in/utcheckning eftersom det är ett lägenhetshotell. Man har inte en aning var man skall ta vägen. Rummen smutsiga och med sunkig inredning. Extremt spartanskt. Dåliga sängar. Mögel och trasig AC i ena lägenheten vi hyrde. Bra läge och bra utsikt, annars inte värt pengarna!
