Estimada Graciela,habeis recibido en total 3 correos electronicos - en todos estos mencionando que este hotel no tiene 24 horas de recepcion...como han acceptado durante su reserva con hoteles.com.Esperaba el dueño hasta las 10...en vez de las 8 !El ultimo corréo tenia hasta los datos de GPS y Google.Maps.Lo sentimos - pero si están reservando una habitación tienen que mirar las condiciones de la reserva.Hemos perdido mucho dinero y tiempo con este caso!Saludos del equipo de Sierra de Alicante
