Jättebra hotell
Supertrevlig personal, allt ifrån städare, restaurang, bar till reception. Kändes väldigt välkomnande. Lugnt och fint poolområde, där det alltid fanns solstolar lediga samt parasoller. Hög medelålder och litet poolområde, så är kanske inte så bra för barnfamiljer. Mycket rent rum. Vi hade frukost och middag och det var väldigt bra buffé med olika rätter och en kock som dessutom alltid stekte något kött och fisk. Trevligt också att de första dagen sa att vi kunde byta middag mot lunch någon dag, vilket vi också gjorde sista kvällen :) Kort promenad nerför gatan till knökfull strand och fin strandpromenad. Nära från hotellet att gå uppför, uppför för att komma till mer natur och två små stränder, där man kan snorkla. Och promenera/springa om man inte är rädd för backar och vill röra på sig. Annars är Benidorm bara höghus, mycket engelska barer och mycket folk (augusti), så skönt att ha ett lugnt hotell :)

The hotel is in a good quiet location just on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to beach and bars. Friendly staff. Nice clean basic rooms. Food was good and plenty of choice. Would recommend

Lovely hotel staff amazing 😘basic but spotlessly clean one thing that could have helped a glass in the room for a wee drink before you go out but everything else spot on 👍👍😎😎

Weekend stay
Went for a hen weekend . The location was perfect for the beach and nightlife . Staff were super friendly Excellent value for money The breakfast was great , loads of choice. Couldn’t fault it !

Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay including the furor that occurred because of the corona virus events. Food was very good and was presented very well also. All of the staff took pride in their jobs and were very friendly and courteous.

The hotel was spotless, the staff in difficult circumstances were very helpful trying to accommodate all their customers as much as possible. I couldn't fault them or thank them enough for making our stay as good as it could have possibly been.

Nice and clean.
Veru nice stay at the Servigroup Rialto Hotel. The staf was veru helpful and evrything was clean. The only complain would be that it is not allowed to charge my skooter.

Perfectísimo todo
La comida estaba riquísima, con mucha variedad, por las noches había cenas temáticas, la piscina también muy bien. La única queja fue que el día que llegamos el baño seguía teniendo arena, cosa que los demás días limpiaron a la perfección :) Y siempre intentando no molestar, la verdad es que nos limpiaron más bien cuando nos venía bien a nosotras que a ellas, un lujazo! También nos regalaron unas entradas para el Benidorm Palace.

Great Friendly Hotel
The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room smelt of stale cigarettes but the weather was good enough to keep the patio window doors open and keep fresh air in.

Un hotel corecto en una playa muy bonita
El hotel está ubicado en una punta de la playa,a unas tres cuadras, el hotel esta bien cuidado, la habitación era grande con un buen baño, la limpieza era correcta y el personal amable, la pileta no la utilizamos porque estaba fresco, el único pero que le encontré al hotel era el horario de las comidas, nosotros teníamos desayuno y cena, el mismo era acotado a dos horas solamente, pero además en la cena unos 20 minutos antes ya estaban retirando las cosas. EL Primer día bajamos a cenar 30 minutos antes del final y no esperaban a que nos sirviéramos, obviamente cenar apurado no esta bueno. Es mas una de las dos personas que se ocupaban del comedor a las dos horas en punto se cambió y se fué.

'Value for money' hotel in Benidorm

Nice short break
Hotel very dated and tired but clean. Staff on reception excellent, food excellent especially the breakfast.Location was good for the beach but a bit of a hill coming back. Nice touch with free tickets to Benidorm Palace.

Full of aging geezas
A good hotel, it seems full of English pensioners. Don't expect any wild nights in the bar or eye candy around the pool. But it's quiet cheap and much closer to the beach than I expected. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. A great choice for families or singles looking for somewhere quiet.

Cheap and cheerful break away!
I booked a 3 night stay here to simply get away from it all. The hotel was clean and tidy, friendly staff, food was adequate and the hotel was close enough yet, far enough away from the night life so we got a little sleep after enjoying the night life. I would book here again for a short break!

Excellent stay
Excellent staff throughout, food was very good and dining area spotless. Very central to beach and nightlife. Being a smaller hotel it is not as loud and busy as the larger chains with the bonus of a ticket to Benidorm Palace. Would highly recommend

A good place to stay.
A lovely clean and tidy place to stay. Food was really good. Room Comfy if a little small for a double. But I would not tell anyone not to stay here.

The staff are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. it is a relatively small hotel by Benidorm standards and they are able to give you a much more personal service.

Ha sido una estancia muy buena. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien a unos 200 metros de la playa de Levante. La comida muy buena y bastante variada. La habitación del hotel en muy buen estado.
