si apparts au calme très bien
Appartement vaste fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. La résidence dispose d’une petite piscine plutôt agréable, mais il est dommage qu’elle soit si froide. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et de très nombreux restaurants et magasins sont accessibles aux pieds de l’immeuble. Tout aurait été parfait si ce n’est que notre appartement donnait directement sur un rond point particulièrement chargé de véhicules et qui nous donnait l’impression de passer nos vacances au bord du périphérique. De plus la station est très fréquentée par une clientèle anglaise qui profite des nombreux pubs et il n’est pas rare d’être réveillé vers 4 heures du matin par une rixe entre personnes fortement alcoolisées. Si nous avions pu bénéficier d’un appartement plus en retrait sur la Calle agua ou au dessus de la piscine cela aurait été beaucoup plus agréable et nous aurait permis de profiter de repas pris sur le grand balcon. À noter également le grand professionnalisme du gérant de l’établissement Lawrence et la grande propreté de l’appartement et de l’immeuble en général. Orihuela enfin est une station assez sympathique, pratique mais qui manque de charmes et d’intérêts comme la région en général. Nous sommes néanmoins satisfaits de notre séjour et nous considérons l’endroit comme d’un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Everything was perfect with La Rotunda Appartments. Very spacious and clean rooms. Staff were so nice to deal with and appartments were in an ideal location, very near bars, restaurants & beach.We will definitely be returning 😎

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. Location is central but my apartment was a bit noisy at times from the bar underneath when the singer is on. Great little Spanish cafe right outside very friendly and welcoming. Can buy WiFi and films to watch .

Stayed at these apts for 5 days and have to say we enjoyed it, they were in good location for all bars and resturants, nice and clean well equipped,comfortable good staff and Manhattan restaurant on site did excellent food also nice little pool.

Fint lejlighedshotel med store lejligheder. Nem beliggenhed ift byen. Fin service i receptionen, lejlighederne er af ældre dato men meget fine rengjorte. En gratis WI-FI løsning ville kunne ønskes.

Ligger veldig sentralt ved "the strip" og med relativt kort vei til strand. Nok av barer og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Det er ett leilighetshotell, så rengjøring er det ikke. Ei heller utskifting av håndduker. Resepsjonen er ikke betjent hele dagen men det er enkelt å få tak i den hyggelig engelske mannen som var der. Veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig var han også. Positivt med en stor uteplass(1 etg.) Alt i alt ett greit hotell prisen tatt i betraktning.

Prisvärt, rent och perfekt för en längre semester!
Började lite skakigt då hotels.com ej skickat bokningen hela vägen till hotellet, så de var något överraskade när vi stod i receptionen. Detta löstes dock av personalen/ägarna som var mycket serviceinriktade och bokningen hittades. Medan vi åt middag gjordes vårt rum i ordning (ett större än bokat) och sedan ringde de från hotellet. Som en trevlig gest fick vi en flaska vin och även extra toalettpapper (guldstjärna där). Rummet var rent och bekvämt, köket var välutrustat. Takfläktarna i vårt rum var perfekt komplement till AC. Cafeet intill hotellentren är en liten guldpärla med gott kaffe till bra pris (€1.5).

Hotel is easy to find. Plenty of on road parking. We were given a warm welcome and shown to our room quickly. The room was bright and clean. We were shown all facilities. We were not told we were above bars. One of the bars stayed open until 4a.m. Very noisy!!! We could not get any sleep until after 4 a.m!!! So unless you are a party animal request a room at the back of the apartments.

A little gem.
Had a fantastic stay here in June 2015. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment was fully self contained and was absolutely spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location was ideal, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and across the road from the main strip. (Our only complaint was that the beds were a little uncomfortable- also the wifi was a bit frustrating in that you had to log in every-time you returned to the apartment- but these are only minor things!!!!). Laurence, the manager, was very accommodating and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lawerence! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Top Hotel - Bargain Price!
Stayed for 4 days in April 2015 - Apartment was amazing with rooftop terrace, washing machine and satellite TV. There was a little noise from the road but we were in a room next to the main road. The restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING - food very well priced and delicious.

our stay was more than unacceptable!WHERE CAN I START!firstly our stay was for family purposes,not pleasure.for 2 days we had no hotwater,the airconditioning units did not work,on top of the fridge,was completely filthy,with bugs crawling at the back of the fridge,the beds were taken from the local prison they were so hard!the whole apartment block smelt of tabbacco.and the noise around 2-5am was a disgrace,the pool was like a paddling pool.an the food in the restaurant,was not fit for human consumption,we found the people running the place rude,and arrogant,overall very dissapointed,with the whole experience,and we will never be staying anywhere near the place again!!!!!!

we the reception have just come across this comment and will be contacting Expedia/Hotels.com for evidence to back up these terrible accusations.We accept complaints when due and always act at once and hope to learn from any mistakes made- but we totally disagree with this persons comments especially the cleanliness of the apartment. We are proud of the fact that our number one priority is the cleanliness of all apartments from floor to ceiling. Everything works from aircon to hotwater.My family and i go out of way to make sure all guests can approch the reception at any time when help or advice is needed.the comments seem out of place compared to the many good comments we have received over 9 years of running the reception. unlike this guest i will leave my name and postion Lawrence (Manager. Hadde en flott uke på La Rotonda Leilighetsopplegg. Utolig hyggelig og imøtekomende vertskap. Fikk oppgradert til større leilighet med takterrasse uten pristillegg. Sentralt. Nært strand, restauranter og La Zenia Boulevard. Eget basseng i bakgård. Parkering i egen parkeringskjeller. Anbefaler gjerne hotellet til andre.

Very clean
My wife and I stayed for 8 days over Xmas and new year. We found the apartment very clean and very well equipped, The washing machine got well used, (no laundry to go home with). Laurence, the manager, was lovely. We'd booked a 1 bed apartment but when we got their he'd given us a 2 bed because that apartment got more sun. He explained how everything worked such as the air con and sky TV. The apartment is right next to a pub that does carvery everyday at a reasonable price. It is well situated being just a few minutes walk from the beach. All kinds of huge shops are a few minutes walk away and Zenia boulevard is a 5 minute drive away.

El hotel estaba bien,lawrence el dueño fue de los mas agradable y servicial lo malo es que habia que intentar hablarle en ingles. Lo unico malo del apartahotel fue las camitas individuales de una de las habitaciones que sebte clavaban los muelles y el resto del apartamento de lujo. Otra cosa mala es la zona que estas a orillas de la nacional y las inmediaciones muchos restaurantes pero todo lleno de extranjeros.
