Primera línea de playa, en el centro, parecen nuevos y hacen limpieza diaria. Por poner un pero: la alcachofa de la ducha está deteriorada a causa de la cal.

Fabulous!!
We had the most amazing time here - from arriving very late on our first evening reception were waiting for us and everything was quickly sorted and we were soon in our room. We were very happy with the quality of the accommodation from start to finish everything was of very high standard- plenty of plates pans cutlery nice fridge - daily cleaning was exceptional and shower was very very nice ! We will definitely visit here again- it’s so close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and just on the edge of the old town. For those who fancy the new town it’s a fifteen minute walk along the promenade.

Apartamento standar no es lo mismo que estudio.
En la oferta ponía apartamento standar y nos encontramos con un estudio. Por alojarnos en un apartamento tuvimos que pagar un sobrecoste de 150€. No nos hizo mucha gracia la situación. ¿Y si no hubiera habido apartamentos libres disponibles?. Se agradecería que fueran claros en la denominación de las cosas en las ofertas.

Mooi gelegen gerenoveerd appartement direct aan de boulevard. In januari had ik vanaf 11 tot ongeveer 5 uur zon. Ik had een balkonnetje met zij zee zicht. Voor 1 persoon prima. Voor 2 of 3 personen wel heel erg klein. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en 1x per week (woensdag) schoon bed- en handdoeken.

pleasant stay, check in wasn’t straight forward
Our stay at the apartments was ok, the disappointment for me was no reception after 8pm. We had to pre tell the reception of our arrival time then pay 20€ to have someone bring the room key. We got our room for 40€ a night and it cost 20€ to get the keys. Be aware there are two entrances around the side of the building. We told the reception we would be there around 9:30 pm but arrived a bit early, I called reception to tell them we had arrived ana waited outside the building. 25 minutes later I recalled the reception to find we had been stood outside the wrong door.

Struttura a 2 passi dal mare con tutti i confort necessari. Appartamento luminoso, confortevole e funzionale. Pulizia giornaliera. Che skin was fast. Rooms were ok if staying for longer maybe look for something more 4 stars. Not water was an issue i had toge t them to switch it on. Apartment to the side get really no sun. So you want a sea facing room as sun all day

De service was goed. Alleen dekens op je bed,brrrr. Geen binnentafel,we hebben de tafel met stoeltjes van het balkonnetje moeten nemen. Geen stoelen op de slaapkamer ,daar hebben we de tuinstoeltjes voor gebruikt. .

Nice spacious apartment close to beach & town
These are nice spacious apartments, clean and modern. The location is perfect on the edge of Lavante beach, but also only 5 minutes walk to the centre of old town, for bars, restaurants etc. Fairly quiet too, since its on the edge of town.

Central apartment close to Old Town and beach
Great location for exploring Benidorm - Close to beach and restaurants but important for us not surrounded by noisy late night bars - some noise from people returning home at night - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one very small room with camp bed - good basic kitchen and bathroom with good shower - TV with some UK channels - WiFi worked OK - Very friendly staff - Air conditioning failed near end of holiday but supportive staff resolved the issue - I do not think it is a place to stay if you have a rental car - Has Lift as well as stairs to 2nd floor apartment with good decor throughout.

Good Location practically on the beach
Good to have separate bedroom. Balcony great for early morning coffee and watching the people go by. Having air conditioner was great. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable it was amazing I would love to have it at home, being mid July it was very busy every night some could be a little noisy at times.

Great location old town
Perfect get away stay! Clean comfy apartments.. staff very helpful Away from main Benidorm night clubs ( 10/15 min walk) perfect relax by Old Town , beach and Tapas bars!

Heerlijk appartement bij het strand!
Dit appartement is in een oud huis, maar de appartementen zelf zijn modern en comfortabel ingericht. En erg schoon! Er is geen zwembad, maar dat hebben wij eigenlijk niet gemist. Het appartement ligt nagenoeg aan het strand en de super gezellige boulevard! Ook handig: gratis wifi met best goede snelheid!

Lovely Beach Front Apartment
Very friendly and helpful staff from the start. We paid for the upgrade to get a sea front apartment and were very happy with the decision as it was great to sit in the sun and people watch. The apartment had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay again

Nice Hotel close to the Beach and Old Town
Room was small but very clean, A little noisy outside with passing mopeds and restaurant across the road. Seaview apartment would have definitely added to our stay but they were already booked up. Location was good giving a excellent central point to explore in all directions.

Would not recommend to stay at this hotel at all.
Arrived at hotel at correct check in time, we had to wait in the extreme heat for over an hour and a half. When we finally got our room we were VERY disappointed to say the least. The photos aver VERY misleading and stretched. VERY small space for two people and the sofa bed could not be used at all as it was like sleeping on a stone floor it was so hard. The floor were extremely dirty on first arrival and everyday after that. The staff clean floors with bleach and very dirty mops, so really not cleaned correctly. The bleach ended up ruining my clothes that were hanging on the chair that reached the floor. Staff very mean with toiletries. Ok its right on the beach but really not worth the cost we had to pay. WE would not stay at this hotel again.

Hotelli on suoraan rannalla ja vanhan kaupungin reunassa, sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Huone oli tilava, mutta kulunut. Siivouksessa on huomattavasti parantamisen varaa, siivooja kävi päivittäin, mutta pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu kertaakaan, nostettiin vain takaisin ylös lattialta. Hotellissa ei ole tallelokeroa. Heti ulkopuolella on paljon ravintoloita, joten aamupalan puuttuminen ei ole ongelma.
