1. Air conditioning was not working properly. 2. All TV Channels was not working as most of them was barred, only few news channels was working. 3. Door mat was not present.

Staying at OYO Premium Allahabad Civil Lines
Being in the center of the town in the Civil Lines area is a big plus point. Connectivity to town is excellent in addition to Bus Stand right next door. There is a KFC as well as good vegetarian restaurant in the mall though the hotel itself provides veg meal. Service was reasonably decent. Young guys at the reception were well-dressed and cooperative. Breakfast was ok. I went for breakfast at 10:00 AM. The tea by that time tasted horribly stale. This needs attention of hotel management. In the end, I felt that staying there was good value for my money.

Good for business travellers as the hotel is in the center of city.
