This place is a dump. It appears that most of the rooms are on a month to month bases. The room was dirty it reeked of pot and cigarette smoke furniture was broken the chairs in the room was cheep lawn furniture. There was no control for the heat so the air conditioner ran almost continuous .the refrigerator was totally iced up and ran continuously the bathroom needed to be totally gutted and re modeled. I don’t think the windows have ever been washed. The entrance door did not shut or lock properly you could see day light all around the door. DO NOY STAY HERE

Place was disgusting from the property outside to the walls inside, bathrooms and everything in-between. I guess if you have a hole in the shower the answer to to cover it with a frosted flakes box. Seems legit. We will fight for our refunds or file charge backs with credit card company

Crappy hotel and poor service on website!!!
You charged me twice and I never checked in due to the terrible condition of the hotel!!! It looked nothing like the picture on your website. The condition was horrible!! I tried to cancel my reservation and the website didn’t work. I tried to cancel with the hotel and they told me I couldn’t. I am very upset with your website!!!!

driver needed sleep before next trip---dogs barking next room & kids screaming. Bathroom floor had feces that no one bothered to clean up & heat was broken. Left & slept in vehicle!! should get a refund, there 3 hrs

Horrible Conditions
We decided to checkout early on Tuesday @ 4:20 pm due to unreasonable conditions. I requested a refund for the remaining days. The room conditions were very undesirable and harsh. The room smelled moldy and the front door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom allowing the freezing cold wind to enter. The room is in need of serious repair and should not be made available for reservation until these items are addressed.

Scared and never returned
It waa scary, there was a tent less than 30 ft from my room. The doors were kicked in. When locked you could still push the door open. Boogers all over the wall. Bed gad stains all over and brown clumps all over. I honestly was so scared I did not return I lost 190 dollars because of the false advertisement their pictires are from other hotels.

This place should be shut down, owner was rude, room was disgusting! Carpet was torn, smoke detectors were missing, holes in the wall, water damage everywhere and the mattress looked like it would fold in half if you laid on it. We walked in and immediately back out and stayed somewhere else. I would rather stay the night in poison ivy than one second in this place. Beware! The pictures look so nice but nothing about this place is anywhere close to what’s pictured online. Avoid!!!!!!

Not the greatest!
I reserved a smoking room and when I got there the guy tells me that he doesn’t have a smoking room left. I told him I reserved one and that the only reason I was at that hotel was because I was able to reserve a smoking room. He tells me I can smoke in the room but not much. I get to the room and he definitely shouldn’t have been concerned about me smoking. The bathroom door knob fell off in my hand on the first day. My husband fixed that thankfully. Go to take a shower and that’s a joke! We ended up going to Walmart and bought a cheap shower head for the shower. We also bought 2 more pillows because the ones that were in the room were horrible. The rooms are cheap to rent but you definitely get what you pay for. Be prepared!

Did no like condition of room, e.g., torn curtains, chair cushion, missing shade for lamp, except for soap towels, there were not cups, napkins, ice bucket. Oh and no internet access or phone access.

Door did not lock from the outside and the deadbolt on the inside was even sketchy. The bathroom window was broken. The shower basin had a huge crack. The driveway had huge pot holes and lots of standing water in the parking area.Check out time was different than advertised. Holes in the walls. Messed up celing tiles. Walls lookd like there had been a water leak. Carpet was horribly stained. Barely any lighting in the room. Didnt even bother trying the TV ad it coild only be easliy seen from the bed by the door. Not sleeping by a barely secure door.

This motel room was the worst one I have ever seen. The room was musty, and the bathroom had bugs crawling around in the tub as well as on the floor. When I brought my concerns to the man that was attending, he just said it is an old building. I have yet to receive a refund, due to non refundable stay. Very disappointed.

This was the most horrible place. I left and didn't stay the night it was so disgusting. The smell of mold was horrible, the ceiling tiles were falling down, stains in the tub, the walls were peeling. Bed bugs. This property should be condemned.

We did not pay very much for our stay, and that is what we expected back. The room was clean enough for us, although we are Rednecks from Vermont! The pictures on line need to be updated so you can see what you are getting into!! The hot showers felt good, especially since the whole weekend poured and we were riding in the 24 Hr. challenge at Tall Pines. You get what you pay for and it was just fine for us! Better than a tent and a porta potty! HA!

I didn’t get the room I paid for no microwave or refrigerator the room was slept in everything was dirty I asked for a none smoking room they put me in a smoking room it smelled really bad. I went to the front desk the manager could not speak he writes on paper to respond still waiting for my refund.

DEPLORABLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! Management was sleeping when I arrived and didn't speak good English. Hard time understanding him. He gave us the wrong room we didn't book. Room was dirty, baseboards were smashed, A/C unit was old. Bathroom was rusted, dirty and falling apart. Dirty water coming from sink and shower! People at 12:30AM blasting music from their vehicles. Mind you we did check in at 11:45pm right after working our 2 jobs that day. This place reminded me of the BATES HOTEL!

I didn’t get what I reserved. Given a room that was used and then a different room after they figured out it wasn’t cleaned yet. Couldn’t understand the front desk attendant. I ended up eating the 3 day stay and found a different hotel down the road. I feel like the hotel was misrepresented when I reserved. When it took the front desk 10 mins to arrive there we should have just left and not paid for the 3 nights.

no one in office day of check out, left 10 pm office empty all day, no receipt. called next day, still no one answered, so no receipt to check if charged correct amt! no coffee or vendors for food

You get what you pay for in 1-star
Reminded me of an old '70s "on-the-run" type motels. Baseboard heaters in the room are exposed. Bathroom in rough shape. Not allot of lighting. Got charged an extra "online" fee at the hotel to check in. Which bumped the fee $8-9 more. Listening to arguments next door did not help with sleeping. Or guest revving their engines at 11:00 12:00 at night.
