The staff was outstanding. However, Expedia was terrible. When I try to check in, the resort did not have my reservation. I was able to show the staff the information that I had received on my phone. They called Expedia and it took them an hour to get it straightened out. The staff when out of their way to get it right and even discounted the resort fees for us. I will be staying at the resort again in the future, but I don’t know if I would use Expedia again.
