I stayed on a Monday evening and the Inn only had a few customers. I will be 80 years old in 4 months. Our room required walking to the elevator which is not near the Inn entrance. Once I exited the elevator we had a very long walk to our room. The only juice available for breakfast was grape juice. No breakfast meats were prepared.

I booked this hotel as a three day weekend getaway. I knew that it would be older and outdated. I thought that I was booking a suite, as in two bedrooms or something similar. However, although Expedia listed my room choice as sleeping five guests, the room only had one small twin bed. I was told people rented it for parties, not necessarily to sleep in. Damian at the front desk quickly changed my room to king unit with a sofa sleeper. I wanted a bigger room, but it worked out fine. Thank you Damian. We were able to change into out swim suits and head to the pool. I really liked their pool area, but the air temperature was a bit cold. The pool and hot tub were warm enough though. The problem came when we were returning to our room and the guests next door decided they needed to block our door with a birthday party table. Not the hotels fault. There were actually several parties going on around us that night. So I would not recommend this hotel if you enjoy quiet. But the parties were all done well before midnight. We also liked all of the arcade games that they had. My twelve year old loved it! My husband and I enjoyed a few drinks at there onsite bar. Decent prices, and the bartender was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No hot food, just a sad selection of poptarts are cereal. Like most places, they can not find dependable people to work. Overall we enjoyed out mini trip. The staff is great!

Yes, our Murphy rooms have one standard size bed ( double bed) in them with a pull out sofa.I'm sorry for the other guest putting their table near your sliding doors. I'm glad your 12 year old son enjoyed the arcade, and you and husband enjoyed Sneakers. I want to apologize for not having our hot breakfast when you were here. Our cook was sick :(I hope you give us another try, we are in the middle of remodeling our Hotel as well. Safe travels

When we got our electronic card, we had to return to the office bc our keys wouldn't let us in! Same with our room key, only 1 of the 2 keys would let us in! I think its time to upgrade your system. The comp. bar of soap was no bigger than my Thump, "Cheap" and there was only 1. I went out an bought my own. I should get reimbursed! Price, location made it a good deal for us. We enjoyed our stay but next time i'm looking at other options.

Staff were nice. The place has been here for a number of years and so it is getting a little long in the tooth. Our visit was quiet this time and we enjoyed it. The room had everything that we needed. The breakfast was better than we expected.

If you like a pop tart for breakfast on a Monday or Tuesday - then this place is for you. If don’t want to unwind with a drink or food in the advertised restaurant, you’re in luck. Bar was closed.

Could have been okay
Good staff on arrival. Room was nice and clean, the only issue being the bed was very soft and you sank into the center too much for our comfort. Pool was clean and nice. Was never able to connect my computer to wifi, it would connect but never got to user name and password screen. Biggest issue was the breakfast that morning consisted of a sign stating there was no breakfast. Complained to front staff asking for a partial refund, but was told no one there could authorize it, so i complained on website.

Room was not ready even though we were 2 hours beyond check in time. Complained to manager for compensation and she just walked away… no apology.. nothing. Bar restaurant was not open as stated in ads. We feel some compensation should have occurred. Very disappointed.

Overall the motel was fine although old. It appeared that they had started to update some areas but in our room the sofa fabric was totally worn through on the arms and other areas down to the filling. the room had no carpet but only tile flooring in the main bedroom area. While I assume that was easier to keep clean, the bed was raised above the floor and it was dirty and dusty under the bed. The bathroom supplies were not complete for even two people to stay. We were short on towels and bars of soap. We able easily to get more soap and just made do with a shortage of a hand towel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and complete. The motel was convenient for our travels and was acceptable for a one night stay.

I will talk to the housekeeping manager about the dust under the bed so this does not happen again. The standard issue is 1 of each amenity in the bathroom. The front desk would have gladly brought more shampoo, soap and even towels down to you if needed. :)I'm glad our staff was friendly and helpful, and that you enjoyed breakfast. Safe travels

Key card system needs to be updated. Very difficult to get doors to recognize card. Other guests said same thing.
