WE really care about feedbacks and we can improve every time. regarding your room you have booked a 15 super meter room type called a standard room. If you need more space i would recommend a comfort double room which gives more space and more comfort for a reasonable price difference. We really wish to welcome you next time you come to Morzine !

Thank you for your review, this is a real reward for the team and our hotel. We work every day to make sure you spend a really good time in Morzine. It is great when we can read that it works. Regarding our location, we get loads of good feed back. It is right some people think we are too far but some other think it is a very quick walk and that it is perfect. It is really a point that depends every one's perception. This is why we always answer with only the facts : Morzine is located in the hearth of the Portes du Soleil ski area with an access to Avoriaz and Switzerland slopes on one side and an access to Morzine-Les Gets Ski Area on the Other side. The hotel is located 5 min walk from the town hall and church place and 10 min walk (500m) from Super-Morzine Bubble Lift that connects you to Avoriaz and the Swiss part of the Portes du Soleil Morzine Ski Schools and the pleney Bubble lift that brings you on Morzine-Les Gets area is located 900m from the hotel. A free bus stops in front of the hotel every half-hours to bring you there We also organise 3 hotel shuttles free in the morning to bring you to both lifts at 8:30 and 8:55 and 9:25. We advice 2 ski shops that are at the bottom of both lifts where you can leave your equipment and come back to the hotel without carrying it.

Thank you for this lovely review on our hotel and services. It is great reward for our team and us. We hope to see you next time you visit Morzine ! We always have alternatives for diner time in case the menu of the day is not what you need or what you can eat.

Thank you for your review. We of course remember your visit, however do have a few differing accounts of the events you describe. After checking-in, you made a lovely online real time review which we really appreciated; you mentioned our welcoming staff, the nice room and clean. I was just a little surprised by your comments and thought it best to take some time to reply. It felt very unfair for the effort made during your stay by every member of our team. We would like to remind we do not wash-up or tidy away food from the kitchenette. For each service the room, the beds, the bathroom & toilet are cleaned every day. After the first night, your room was so messy. Litter and clothes everywhere, make-up stains on the light switches. Further examples, there were the potatoes on the balcony floor, however they ended up there, and also an ice-cream bucket left melted in middle of the bed. Your comments about the owner who you felt was unfriendly to you, was probably because of your behavior during your stay. It was as if we were responsible for someone else's misbehaving children, which effectively we were. Admittedly she did let herself into your room because she heard your screams. It was so loud that she rushed to your room thinking something was dreadfully wrong. She realized that you were just playing together. On one occasion the owner also noticed that you were sneaking behind the then closed breakfast buffet filling 2 bottles of orange juice. We decided to say nothing because it was your last day, and for us it was just teenager’s non-sense behavior. It's really rare for us to have to respond to feedback like this, I don't believe yours is warranted. The one item however that I 100% agree with is your comment to not return to our hotel. I think we can both agree that you are not a good fit for our hotel...
