The property is advertised with Air conditioning. It does not work. First they sent the bell boy to check. Then they claimed it is only a heating system. The windows were full of dust which has clearly not been cleaned for weeks. There was a dead fly. When receptionist was informed, she offered to clean tomorrow. We were checked in for one night!!! The rooms were advertised with king bed. The beds in the rooms are much smaller. The hotel is operated by one receptionist and one bell boy. Overall we made a very bad choice.

"Boutique" kind of Hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to everything, easy access, staff was extremely kind and helpful. Clean and quiet room which has it all, very customer friendly. Exactly what we've been looking for and since we go to Izmir several times and year we now know where we will stay in the future. Unbeatable value for money!!

Central location but noisy
This small hotel is nicely located in city centre. The rooms are a bit small, let a lot of noise in and breakfast is poor. We had issues with other rooms making so much noise but instead of dealing with the matter, the staff asked us to move rooms in the middle of the night. This affected our sleep and the following day. We had to delay our plans and stay one more day in Izmir as we were very tired. They gave us a discount for the following day but it definitely didn’t make up for the lack of sleep the night before. My advice is to stay in big hotels in Turkey as they deal with issues better.

2 night family stay
Hotel was clean and neat . Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Location was good. We only had an issue with breakfast. Very poor variety and not very fresh. Didnt bother going for breakfast the 2nd day. Something that really needs to be worked on.

The only think I did not like was that the room smelt as though someone had been smoking in it. I noticed that the windows were always left open after cleaning so I assume that this was to let them air out a bit. YOu have to get down to breakfast early as by 10am it has been well picked over, eg, bread and eggs.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was wonderful and ready to help with anything we needed from simple daily things to helping to organize our tours around the area. The room was also a very comfortable size with a nice big comfy bed. The location was also perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants and near the port! I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean hotel the service was very good. We loved the breakfast very fresh and testy. The location very convenient to the bazar and restaurant and close to the water lots of happenings. I highly recommend and reasonable price.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay. We’re from North America so luckily have had amazing hotel experiences and Zeniva Hotel met all (and more) expectations. Super clean and spacious. Great service. You truly feel like you’re at a 5 star hotel. They have valet parking, free breakfast, free water when we needed it. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed at 5 hotels during traveling all over Turkey and Zeniva was the best. Thank you!

Merkezi, sakin ve temiz otel
Yer olarak tam merkezde, çok güvenli yerde, restoran ve alışverişin tam içinde ama gürültüsüz ara sokağında. Geçen sene Efes otelde kalmıştım Zenia dan daha memnun kaldım bu sene. Sakin ve güzel , çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oldular Efes turu, oda ricaları vs. Tekrar kalabileceğim bir yer.

The location was great. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very helpful. I'd like to have had an iron in the room & a microwave. There was also no self service laundry, only the full service kind.
