Could Not Have Asked for Better
This was my second visit to Ortisei, and this hotel was incredible! It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints except wishing we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of the beautiful village of Ortesei. Like the village itself, the hotel is very clean, exquisitely maintained and tastefully appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Worth every nickel, and I can't wait to return.

Beautiful hotel, location is good and staff is very friendly. Before staying, hotel sent several messages and explained for parking, spa and etc. It was very good service and helpful.

Bellissima la posizione, utile il parcheggio, anche se posti limitati, estrema gentilezza del personale. Aree comuni buone. Buona la colazione. Peccato per la camera che pur non essendo in cattive condizioni andrebbe rinnovata.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Perfect In Town Destination w Wonderful Staff
The Classic's intown location was convenient to both lifts and public transportation. Garage parking was just around the corner. The staff were remarkable and attentive. Knowing that at the end of every day the Sauna and Indoor pool were waiting for us followed by a wonderful meal and an awesome desert, made coming back a delightful experience.

We loved this place. We were able to walk to everything — restaurants, shops, the tram and gondola. There was parking behind the hotel so we just parked our car and forgot about it for the 4 days we were I. Ortisei. The hotel upgraded our rooms at no cost to us, and we were happy to have the extra space. Breakfasts were ample and varied. We opted to have dinner outside the hotel but companions were happy with the hotel dinners. We would return any day.

The perfect place
We absolutely loved our stay at Stetteneck. While there are plenty of options for hotels in Ortisei..this was more than comfortable, very charming and a Perfect location. Would stay again.

Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et son emplacement près de tout (Gondoles, restaurants, marchés etc) nous avons vraiment profité au maximum de l’emplacement (piscine, déjeuner, balcon) le personnel est d’u grande gentillesse (nous avons même eu la chance de rencontrer Hans the lll - propriétaire de l’hôtel et nous l’avons trouvé très gentil et intéressant.

Great town and awesome hotel!
Ortisei is a beautiful small town in the shadows of Dolomite. We loved staying at stateneck. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful. They were patient in answering all our questions about different hikes, parking, busses, history of the town and many more. The room was clean and modern. It was air conditioned, and in summer we will have to keep the windows open. Breakfast was very good. I loved their Croissants.

Weekend Visit
I stayed here for a weekend. Great location downtown and close to everything. Good breakfast in the morning. Clean room. I would stay here again.
