In regards to the heating this is something the hotel has not been made aware of, the heating system is on a cycle. The photos on Expedia show that the hotel had wooden headboards, I do apologize if this was not something you were expecting. We do not advertise as having aircon however if you wished the reception are more than happy to provide a fan when needed and bring this to the guest bedroom. I have put this room onto maintenance checklist to go inside and have a look at these additional issues you have mentioned. Over the Christmas period all guests were notified that one Christmas day the hotel gave the house keeping team the day off so they would spend it with friends and family. Should you of required service the hotel reception team were more than happy to help with this. Daily house keeping is offered, however as the hotel is eco friendly and this is advertised throughout, guests are asked to inform a member of staff should they wish for their room to be daily cleaned. Our rooms sizes are all available on our website should you be wanting to confirm before booking. Our bar is open until 11pm as we are a residential hotel not in the city center like the one you previously stayed in, however we do allow guests to use the bar area passed closing should they want to stay down there.

HelloI do apologize about the delay in the hotel response but we took the review extremely serious and wanted to ensure we looked into this before replying. We have recently hired new bar and waiting staff and have been in the process of training these employees to the hotel standard. I have since spoken with this waitress and informed her that the manor in which she dealt with that situation will not be accepted moving forward. She has deeply apologized and assured the hotel this will not happen again. I am thankful that the rest of your stay went smoothly and want to assure you a situation like this will not occur again. The chairs in the bar have recently been replaced and upgraded, the guest bedrooms and also currently in the process of being re decorated and carpeted.
