포지타노 해변앞의 멋진 호텔
주니어 스위트룸에 투숙했었는데 방 안 테라스에서 볼 수 있는 포지타노의 멋진 바다 전망이 너무나도 멋졌을 뿐 아니라, 아치형 기둥이 있는 넓고 쾌적한 룸 컨디션에 작은 수영장, 석양을 보며 즐기는 저녁식사까지 정말 좋았어서 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

포지타노의 전망 좋고 서비스 좋은 고급 호텔!
포지타노에서 탑순위에 들 좋은 전망과 친절한 서비스, 훌륭한 레스토랑을 보유한 호텔. 가격이 너무 비싸단 점만 빼면 모든게 훌륭했고 대만족. 특히 레스토랑 음식이 기대 이상. 전망은 좋은 편이나 해변과 광장까지가 다소 멀어 자주 왔다갔다 하기에는 힘이 듬.

로맨틱한 호텔.
5월이라 그런지 색색의 꽃들로 뒤덮힌 아름다운 호텔이었습니다. 시설이 노후되긴 했지만 청결도가 아주 좋았어요. 그리고 호텔 탑의 레스토랑 이용을 추천합니다. 음식이 아주 신선하고 맛있었으며 분위기가 로맨틱 했어요. 룸에서의 뷰도 환상적이었고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식도 좋았어요. 전체적으로 만족한 호텔이었습니다.

신행 기분내려고 주니어 스위트에 머물렀는데, 만족스러웠습니다. 발렛파킹, 아침식사도 괜찮고, 전망도 끝내주고, 화장실에 스파도 그간의 피로를 싹 풀어주었습니다. 침구와 비치된 물품도 괜찮았고요. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 공짜 물이 없다는 것.냉장고 미니바도 다 돈내고 먹어야 해요. 그래도 다시 아말피 간다면 생각날 것 같아요.

Heaven in Positano!!
We had great stay in Hotel Eden Roc. The location was good and very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was so clean and beautifully decorated. They have a parking lot, so it is good for the guests who will drive to Positano. One thing I was not satisfied was the view from the restaurant. But the roof top restaurant was on construction, so maybe next guests could enjoy the meal with a great view. We definitely will come back Eden Roc again.

정말 좋았습니다. 위치가 좀 위에 있었지만 올라가는 길목에 있는 샵들을 구경하며 가니깐 높은줄도 모르고 잘 다녔습니다. 조용하고 수영장도 좋고 잠도 편안히 잘 잤습니다.

당신이 포지타노에서 찾을수 있는 완벽에 가까운 호텔
우리는 살레르노에서 지친몸을 이끌고 SITA버스를 두번이나 갈아타며 포지타노에 도착했습니다. 호텔은 정말 다행히도 정류장 바로 앞에 있었고 우린 친절한 DOMINICO의 응대를 받으며 숙소에 안내를 받았습니다. 숙소에는 우리의 피곤을 날려줄 자쿠지와 포지타노의 바다가 보였고 이 호텔은 우리가 여행중 묵은 호텔중 기장 아름다웠다고 자신있게 말 할 수 있습니다.

최고의 호텔
버스정류장이랑 가깝고, 테라스에서 보는 바다 뷰가 너무나- 너무나 환상적이며 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 너무 좋았다. 포지타노를 들어가는게 힘들었지만 나중에 또 한번 꼭 가고싶은 호텔!! 너무나 즐겁고 아름다운 추억 잘 만들고 가서 기분 좋은 호텔 ^^

멋진스탭분들~ 굿 뷰 !
호텔 에덴록의 한국 평이 별로 없어서 많이 걱정했는데 생각 이상으로 좋았습니다~ 뷰가 좋았던 것은 말 할 것도 없고(오션뷰 스윗룸이었나?), 스탭분들도 친절하고 쾌활해서 기분이 밝아지는 휴가를 보냈습니다 ! 시타버스를 타고 오면 정거장이 근처에 있는 걸로 알고 있습니다만 저는 페리를 타고 와서 페리선착장에서 짐끌고 올라오느라 땀뻘뻘 ㅋ 남부는 역시 뜨겁더군요~ 페리선착장 근처에서 위로 짐실어주는 서비스 하시는 분들이 계시는거 같더라구요. 조식은 평범합니다. 한국분들께도 유명한 부르노?식당도 근처에 있어서 밤에도 이용하기 편했습니다~ 암튼 추천추천!

포지타노에서는 추천 할 만한 호텔. 하지만 너무 최고를 바라면 실망함. 그냥 괜찮은 별 4개짜리 호텔이라고 보시고 가면 괜찮을 듯.

Such a beautiful property. The staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is SO friendly. The views are phenomenal. The breakfast is amazing. I couldn’t imagine a more picturesque vacation spot. Would definitely go back !

This hotel was absolutely awesome! We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the water and the hillsides of Positano; it was a picture-perfect view. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities you could ask for, including a small refrigerator with complimentary water and soft drinks. The staff was absolutely incredible. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to the center of town. They even have on-site parking available.

We thought we had landed in heaven
This is by far one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was like a slice of heaven; the most amazing and accommodating staff and what a view! I wish I could wake up at the Eden Roc every day.

Shout out to Pascal, Tony, and Mario! An exceptional stay in Positano. We kicked off our honeymoon here, and it was a truly magical experience. This is the place where you ball out and get to reap the benefits mightily including a sweeping view of the city and sea along with delicious breakfast served by the enthusiastic restaurant head chef Tony next to the pool which all also overlooks the Hotel’s stunning views. Along with breakfast, they have all the amenities you need and a gym, although it was a “surprise” cost we noticed at checkout (200€). Other non-inclusive packages like flowers and balloons, wine, cake, excursion trips, and massages were also top notch. The second restaurant on the main level, Roc Pizza and Steak, is absolutely a must here in Positano. Their calzones and pizzas were amazing. Hotel Eden Roc is somewhat pricey of a stay while the walk back up-hill from the center of town can be grueling at times, but you are actually getting your money’s worth here especially if you get the jacuzzi suite with the sea-side view. Thank you!

If you are even considering booking this hotel then look no further. The place is amazing. Staff are next level helpful - rooms are great, location is spot on with incredible views and the bar and restaurant are top notch. We travelled as a couple with a 6 month old baby and its fair to say our baby was treated like a celebrity. We had a fair few drinks in the sky bar and always great service. We even dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was out of this world. The restaurant wasnt cheap but was certainly value for money.

The hotel is beautiful. Our suite is super clean everyday. The location is convenient to dining and shopping areas. Most of all, the staff at Hotel Eden Roc is one of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They’re so helpful, warm, accommodating and cheerful! They made our vacation so memorable! We were on our honeymoon and it was exactly what we needed. We could walk to restaurants easily or eat at the hotel. We could go to the beach or stay by the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing.

The front desk/concierge were so friendly and kind. They Helped with all our requests promptly with a smile. A surprise bottle of champagne and free mini fridge were an unexpected treat. But the best of all was the 1) beautifully decorated spacious room with a large balcony, 2) the most gorgeous views of sea and town of Positano 3) fantastic food/restaurants and 4) gracious service. Tony at breakfast was a hilarious character that put smiles on our face as he met our every need. And finally a big thank you to the chef for making my son pancakes 20 minutes after the kitchen was closed. Small things but all tolled made this a special place where we were made to feel special.

Great stay! Service was excellent — above and beyond. Tony, in particular, made an impression with his enthusiastic hospitality at breakfast. Great views from the property. The room itself was minimalist and simple. We enjoyed relaxing poolside. We stayed in peak season so I will say I believe the hotel was overpriced. My only piece of feedback is that I’d recommend the hotel send a welcome email / communication, prior to arrival, so folks know the options for checking their bags with a porter, along with transportation to the hotel, should they arrive by ferry. That was a miss for us. Traveling with luggage, uphill, in the middle of a heatwave, in peak season, was a tough start in Positano. Little did we know, there are porters at the bottom of the hill, who can help make it easier. :)

Overall this is beautiful place. Absolutely 5 star for location, hotel amenities and food. However staff is the worst. I have never seen so much discrimination to those who dies not arrive in limo and flash expensive bags and label clothes. Only 3 people among all staff were super nice. The receptionist Pascal, Tony -a breakfast manager server, and a cleaning lady. Everyone else are just terrible, mean and rude people. They look at you with such judgement that you just want to never ask a question. Be aware 1. Gym has to be booked in advance for an hour at the time only. Concierge booked another couple at 9 for my time and that was terrible. Not enough space to move. Although the couple was very nice, I still think this was not a acceptable for 990$ per night not to have at least 1 hour to yourself. Also gym hours is from 9-6 and people want to workout early 2. Pool is beautiful and views are amazing and the best in Amalfi cost. But there is no service. Well actually there is order at the bar self served service. Bartender asks for tips even though he does not actually serve you a drink. If you don’t he just slapped the book in front of my face. And the drinks are very expensive. 40 eur per drink. Will I stay here again - absolutely NOT. And Toby advise anyone else. There are a lot of much nicer hotels. But be prepared to flash a lot of money or you will not get good service. Just terrible

Dear natallia,first of all, we want to thank you for being our Guest during your recent visit in Positano. I'm very sorry that the experience was bothered by the happenings you have mentioned. We will investigate further to make sure no other Guest will be leaving the property with your same felling. Respectfully, please, let me say that there is no way someone made any kind of discrimination based on the transportation you have arranged or on the brand of your bags/clothes. I apologize if any of my colleagues’ conduct was responsible of this huge misunderstanding.As regards for the gym, we know it is not a big place, but we are proud of it, since we are one of the very few hotels in town with an exercise room, equipped with air conditioned, modern facilities and weights. To use the gym, a reservation is necessary. I'm surprised you did not mention that the only reason why you were with other people regards the fact that you wanted to use the room before check-out. Pascal was kind enough to ask the couple who booked the room to share the session with you. You all seemed to agree on this. Check-out time is 10am, while you have been allowed to use the room longer until 11am.We will take in huge consideration your thoughts regarding the presence of the person in charge at the pool, as well as of the request of tips. Of course, tipping remains absolutely optional. The Guest's gratification is the only essential condition we care about, nothing else. I'm sorry we lost a huge opportunity in your case and we wish you all the best.Warm regards
