Dear Mr Mikeyou have booked a single room with a 1m bed with internal view. and that's what you got. our site also has the availability of double rooms for single use but that's not what you booked. the images of the rooms are very clear so I don't understand what you write. We will definitely take into consideration your suggestion to organize more shuttles. Thank you

we confirm that you had a problem with the bathroom upon your arrival, but we immediately solved the problem so I don't understand why you were so harsh with us, I'm surprised that this little incident didn't make you appreciate the beauty of our hotel, the location in overlooking the sea, the private access to the sea, the swimming pool with hydromassage, the convenient parking, the excellent restaurant and the wonderful bar

Thanks for your review. I would just like to add to your kind words, that the window was not broken but only open, and that having a staff ready to solve the problem even late at night I think is a source of pride. finally we did offer you to change room but you preferred to stay where you were stating that you would only change in the event of an upgrade (which was not available) clearly each of us is free to choose whether to spend the first wedding night complaining about having a couple of mosquitos in the room or enjoing the holiday
