너무나 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 예술적인 공간에서 최고의 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고 최고의 대우를 해주었습니다. 주차는 발레서비스를 제공하지만 나중에 청구한다는 것을 알아야합니다. 차를 가져갈 분들은 확인하시기 바랍니다. 코로나로 인해 조식 부페은 운영하지 않고 룸서비스로 이용해야 합니다. 모든것이 만족스럽고 완벽했다만 이용금액 결제가 두번 됐습니다. 빠른 시간안에 취소 부탁드립니다.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful as were the grounds. We enjoyed a spectacular view of the coast, providing a romantic get away.

The overall ambiance of the property can't be beat. We held our daughter's wedding there, and it was a dream come true. Staff are extremely pleasant and accomodating. Facilities top notch. The only negative is they charge a fee to get baggage to/from the drop off point to the hotel, which is about a 10 minute walk. For the nightly cost of the accomodation, I believe this shoud be included.

The Villa itself is amazing, the location and grounds are spectacularly scenic. Staff and service exceptional in hotel and pool area. Rooms are a bit old but with nice sea view, however they have recently put up many tents below, roofs and construction that take away the attractiveness. Restaurant (Il Flauto Di Pan) service very good, but the quality of the food was not good. Ravioli soup was regular but rack of lamb was very very bad, flavorless and chewy. Dining terrace has no view and breakfast area is very small and unattractive. Breakfast food was poor. When considering cost-benefit, it is expensive.

Ein wunderschönes altes Hotel (Gebäude aus dem 11 Jahrhundert). Leider für unseren Geschmack etwas laut. Unser Zimmer war direkt über der Bar, die live Piano Musik bi Mitternacht wurde irgendwann mal nervig. Ab 7 Uhr störte uns der Lärm aus der Küche, wo das Frühstück vorbereitet wurde. Für ein 5 Stern Hotel in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich ein no go. Das Restaurant war OK aber viel zu überteuert.

Det bedst placerede hotel i Ravello! Fantastiske omgivelser exclusivt og meget charmerende. Hotellet ligge ca 15 minutters gang fra centrum af Ravello. Man går af de smukkeste små veje med så mange fantastiske udkig over landskabet. Hotellet har en meget stor og smuk botanisk have, som er et besøg værd, selvom man ikke bor på hotellet. Hotellet er smukt indrettet og har en skøn bar med et meget bredt udvalg spændende gin/tonic cocktails. Service er i top og de 5 stjerner er fortjente. Ravello er klart den hyggeligste og smukkeste by på Amalfikysten og kommer man dertil må man absolut besøge restaurant Pallazzo della marra. Her serverer Rossa skøn mad i absolut verdensklasse. Vi bad hende om at sammensætte mad og vin og vi fik en fantastisk oplevelse. Klart det bedste vi smagte på hele kysten!!

Un angolo di paradiso
Una notte a Villa Cimbrone è un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. L'hotel è ricavato da una struttura che risale al 1100 all'interno di un parco aperto al pubblico che è una delle più popolari attrattive di Ravello e, a mio parere, uno dei punti a favore del fatto di soggiornare qui è che è possibile visitare il parco privatamente il mattino presto prima delle 9 (orario di apertura del parco) e il fatto di farlo in solitudine aggiunge quel quid in più ad un posto già magico di suo. Le camere sono arredate in uno stile antico ma con una cura dei particolari notevole; il letto è molto comodo con biancheria di altissimo livello. Unica nota stonata il bagno dove ci sono dei sanitari non adeguati al resto della struttura e ritengo che sia possibile una ristrutturazione senza stravolgere lo stile antico (in altri termini mentre tutto il resto si può tranquillamente definire "antico", nell'accezione più nobile del termine, il bagno lo definirei "vecchio"); c'è da dire che la vista che si gode dal bagno fa passare tutto in secondo piano. La colazione che viene servita sulla terrazza panoramica è un momento che non esito a definire uno dei piccoli piaceri della vita, sia per l'atmosfera idilliaca sia per la qualità dell'offerta gastronomica. Il ristorante dell'hotel, stellato Michelin, offre la possibilità di mettere la ciliegina sulla torta per fare una cena che non si dimentica.

We had such a lovely stay in the Villa Cimbrone. I visited the hotel for the first time 15 years ago and always wanted to return. I had emailed the hotel a few times before the arrival and received an immediate answer to my questions. Everything was perfect from the friendly welcome from the professional reception staff. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed the double aspect. We had a memorable Gala Dinner with a perfect atmosphere. We appreciated the attention to detail, as during the dinner there were many speeches in Italian, but someone came to translate to us. The five-course dinner was delicious with matching wines. My Prosecco or the wine glass was never empty - Amazing. The next morning was my birthday and at breakfast, they gave me a small cake and the waiters even sang. All this and the magnificent views from the breakfast table made me so happy. Dinner of course in the Michelin star restaurant was also unforgettable. Thank you to all staff. Sabrina we will return so keep sending me the reminders of your special offers.

The staff were ever so attentive, friendly and greeted us with a beautiful smile The morning breakfast staff were a delight to see each morning genuinely wanting to please . The best cocktails, a must try is the Greta Garbo cocktail! The reception staff Serena, Judith amongst other staff members were so helpful and a delight to see each morning , always helpful with their suggestions in Ravello . This amazing villa should be experienced by many as it is a truly unique villa . Villa Cimbrone grounds in our opinion are the most breathtaking, with uninterrupted views we have ever seen . The gardens are exquisite- worth the stay alone but in addition the staff could not be more accommodating at the property. Our room had both a view of the sea but also a view of a part of the gardens- what a treat! We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and then go to the gardens to enjoy the lovely sunset. Perfect!

Close but not what I expect from a five star
Grounds are beautiful and most of our interactions with the staff were professional and accommodating with the exception of the restaurant. Getting a reservation as a paying guest was a chore in the gourmet restaurant but it was also made unbearable for even the poolside restaurant which we were told at check in was not a problem at all. To top it off I ordered a salad and another course which was intended to be my main course and the waiter either didn’t understand enough English to comprehend it or incompetently left it off our order. The end result was I had a completely unremarkable salad for dinner.

Do not accept a room on the third floor!
Service, amenities and restaurant are 5 star. However, our "Superior Room with Sea View" was a huge disappointment! Nothing like that shown on the hotel website. Our small room had a "view" of the 6' high wall on our balcony, nothing else. If you go out and peek over the wall, there was what should have been a beautiful view. This hotel has many beautiful rooms. This was not one of them! Do not accept a room on the third floor !!!

The service at this hotel was outstanding. Particularly, Sirena was so helpful in getting us to the hotel (cars don’t drive on the streets to the hotel). The gardens were also magnificent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Setting is beautiful. Grounds are stunning. Hotel rooms weren’t amazing. Had insects in the rooms a lot (ants, crawly type bugs etc). Staff was very nice however, but didn’t feel like an experience that matched the price of the rooms.

Amazing property in a picturesque town
Amazing hotel and location. We spend two nights at Villa Cimbrone and couldn't be happier. The staff was amazing. Franco greeted us and was very helpful throughout our stay. The staff was great and provided amazing service. The room was very clean and pretty, a little old, but expected of a villa built in the 11th century. We got a 'garden view' room, which meant it looked over the garden, but also the entire coastline south Ravello. The grounds were amazing and you could spend days just wandering the grounds and hanging by the pool. The included breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had and a great start to the day. It's definitely a slight hike from the center of town, but it's a hike through gorgeous Ravello so very enjoyable and welcomed. Highly suggest staying here for your stay and just taking in the view(which is basically at every turn in Ravello and especially on the Cimbrone property).
