Ok, in all fairness we got there late -- and we got the absolute last room available, which means it had issues. There was a funky smell (we figured the carpet had been steam cleaned but not dried completely so it was musty), the cabinet in the kitchenette was beaten up and separating on the edges, the cooktop light didn't work. We wiped down the room with Clorox wipes and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while -- after wiping it down, the funky smell lessened. But the AC worked, and we were happy not to be sleeping in the car after initially being told they were sold out, so it all worked out. Also a function of getting there late -- there were no extra blankets to be had (they were all in the wash overnight). And in the morning the available breakfast food "grab and go" items (oatmeal packets, individually wrapped muffins and granola bars) had already been grabbed by other guests.
