Positives: staff was great. The young man checking us in during the evening was very nice. Room was big. The water pressure was great. Price was fairly cheap. No hold on card for incidentals. Negatives: Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke like very overpowering. Hotel being close to the highway you hear highway noise all night. The morning breakfast was biscuits and gravy, by 7am everything else was gone. Coffee machine broken.

Nice and quiet, good rooms, beds were comfortable. We were in a handicapped room and the shower was not easily usable for us and flooded the floor.

I liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room and the size of the room was good. I didn’t like the area and the bathroom was dirty with other people’s hair in the bathtub, the property outside the room was dirty with a lot of stains and cigarette buds. The beds made loud noises when you moved around from some kind of metal frame. Overall, I would not stay again.

Customer Service was awful all around :(
I checked in late and the attendant, didn't answer the door until banging on it. I was asked if the doorbell worked, and I said obviously not since you didn't answer. I tried calling and knocking with no reply. I was given my room key, and it didn't work, it was freezing cold and rain out. I had to go back to the front desk again, I got a different room. The door wouldn't open without using my shoulder hitting it. :( NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, and the in-room coffee maker leaked hot water through the bottom of it. At the early continental breakfast, I asked the front desk for soap and shampoo, they didn't have any and said to wait an hour until the room cleaning person came by. She never came by. I mentioned this at check out and I only got more excuses for everything including the coffee maker. I will not stay here again. TERRIBLE!

Upon my arrival check in was good, until I got to the room which was supposed to be non-smoking. It wreak of cigarette smell. I went back to the office and complained. I was given another room, no cigarette smell, but they were having problems with the room entry card. I was told, by the young lady that checked me in, that this was the only room available. The reason for the key not working was because sand blows into slot where the key enters. I was left with a room that always required my wife or me to be in it. We were stuck!

Reported the uncleanliness of room but the morning lady on Friday not much interest! 8:30 am no breakfast only gravey at bottom on pan & no biscuits, nothing!! ZERO !!!! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was broke down in the area and had to extend my stay for several days. They allowed me to keep the same room each time. It was very much appreciated.

Room was clean, though it seemed to have left over pet odor. Door lock to room needs fixing. Card reader worked, but the latching mechanism would frequently stick. Door to the vending/ice area was sagging on the hinges and had to be pulled hard to get it to open. In general, this property looks like it could use some more attention to the property maintenance.

Nice Room in Good Location
There were annoying flies in the room and the door to the outside stuck. Otherwise, it was a nice room with a good breakfast in a nice location. No deposit required, a nice change on the road.
