The breakfasts were quite good. The problem is the distance. No uber or Lyft. The shower water was. Cold and had poor pressure. The staff was exceptional. But they have to work with trying conditions.

definitely exceeded expectations. Pet friendly and just additional 20 bucks for the dog. Pool was nice as well

Clean, comfortable, atrocious excuse for breakfast

Here is the good. The room was clean, bed comfortable and nice pillows. Now for the bad. Two things that weren’t up to our standards. The desk clerk was disengaged and the breakfast was awful. Scrambled eggs were of the consistency of cool wet sawdust, no waffle batter, potatoes were cold with an unusual flavor. It should’ve came with a complementary bottle of pepto bismol.

The rooms were clean and looked to be updated. The breakfast was very good and the area around the inn was quiet and appeared to be quite safe. We wanted a nice spot to get a good night's sleep before judging at world finals for students from around the world who were competing in a creativity competition at the university in East Lansing and this met our needs quite well. Thank you to the personnel at the in for their attention to details We'll be back in two years..

Stayed in room 300. Good breakfast. They had those mini omelets that i like and i saw a breakfast burrito. I didnt try it because im vegetarian and figured there was meat in it. I also did not try the biscuits and gravy for the same reason, but I'm sure many people would appreciate it. Not worth $160. I would expect to pay around $100 for this room. Shower curtain rod needs fixing. It was broke and hanging downward so the curtain wouldnt stay in place. Average hotel, but not a lot of choices in Story City.
