Thank you for the positive review. The gas company was called and there are no threatening leaks. The stove pilots blow out from time to time.

We’re very disappointed you were not pleased. We buy the fruit and everything for breakfast the day before so it was fresh. We did offer serving your breakfast later but you requested 8 so we had it hot and ready and promptly at 8 and you were 20 minutes late. It’s hard to keep it warm but did our best. Also, not sure what you mean by it needs a good cleaning because once your room is cleaned we have someone to come in and spot check it before you arrive. But , of course if something was overlooked please be more specific and let us know. We don’t take bad reviews lightly and if we are at fault we would like to make things right so let us know what you would like us to do. Fortunately , overall we receive positive reviews and this is the first time we’ve ever received a 1 rating.

Oh my goodness !! First, I want to apologize for not responding. Trish told me you would be calling me. Second, I totally get it when it comes to bugs. I’m petrified. Fortunately , this rarely happens but of course , this is the South and every once in awhile , wherever you stay , this will happen. We do use a professional service that sprays monthly. We’ve been a bed & Brk since the early 80s and no guests have left because of a bug. But, seriously , I may have left, too, cause not sure if I could’ve slept either !! Anyway, even though this was out of our control , you still were not pleased so I would like to compensate you. Please us directly.

Thank you for the review. As mentioned on the phone, we did let you know we had a wedding over the weekend and there would be a few things out of place. And, when we do work the week before and over the weekend, our days off are Monday and Tuesday which is our " weekend " and start the major cleaning on Wednesday. As far as the bugs, this is the South, but we have the place professionally sprayed monthly but from time to time, especially when the balcony door is left open, we may have some intruders but no one has ever complained about this being a big problem. We do appreciate the positive comments and if we could've done something about your issues, we definitely would have.
