The hotel is very good the room is clean and its location is excellent , but i called room service to turn on the air conditioner because it was not working in the room and it was very hot in the room. I was informed that the problem would be solved and someone would be sent to fix it, but no was sent. I called room service several times without result.

Gem in the heart of the city. Sense of luxury in every step. Hadeel at the Front Desk is so nice. Nicest person ever. She was always helpful and anticipated every need before we even knew it. Pleasant conversations with her every morning and genuinely cares that you are enjoying your stay. Omar, security and breakfast Team were fantastic as well. Breakfast and valet parking included. Location is perfect, 15 minute drive to most major neighborhoods. Room was very clean. But again, for me it’s all about the service. Product only complements the service and they do an amazing job. Ask for Hadeel, she’ll make your day with her kindness and positive energy. Cannot wait to be back.

The Conroy was a very cute and quaint place to stay. I was not familiar with the area but was pleasantly surprised by the shopping surrounding the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, and we were upgraded to a larger room which was amazing! The hotel staff is very pleasant and the security is a plus.

I can not say enough good things about the staffing at the front desk, particularly the lady that worked during the day who was extremely helpful with tips for getting around. Her English is excellent and she was both kind and even ordered a car for me and made sure I knew how much it should be to get from the hotel to downtown. My room though was horrible. There was black mould in the silicone around the tub, the carpet looks like it’s from the 1980s and is dirty. The room smells of smoke and could use a really good cleaning. The beds weren’t great but weren’t uncomfortable. I was there for Fri-Sat nights and my room faced the street, which is really noisy with people and cars on Friday, in particular. The area seemed nice with a number of jewellery stores but it’s a ways from downtown and the tourist spots. Anyone from North America who wants a clean room, I would avoid this hotel.

Helpful and wonderful stay
Wonderful and pleasant stay, Miss Hadeel is a super helpful and friendly staff that helping us in a lot of issues encountered, which unable to imagine if without her help to solve all our issues. Definitely will highly recommend friends to stay in this hotel, with lovely and helpful staffs besides its strategic location

Just like the photos
Very good area, lots of cafes and restaurants locally. The area is very clean and upmarket and safe. The hotel has lovely staff and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds.
