You have indeed informed us about the noice that bothered you and we proposed you to change room immediately. But, you wanted to check if there was still noice the next morning. So, you finally decided to remain in the same room. Concerning pool colour, you are totally right. We have informed maintenance department due to problems in auto pool cleaner and they fixed it the soonest possible. In regards the swimming pool water, we always inform our guests not to use sunscreen and make a shower before using the pool. We will consider your remark for greater attention. Best regards

In regards the swimming pool there is shade to stay and relax with tables and chairs, but we will consider your remark for the future. About the children that dive, we always inform and make an observation that the diving is not allowed and also the rules of the swimming pool use are hanging on a prominent note.
