Poor facilities and customer service

First room given during check in did not have toilet that could flush. Changed to another room but two queen size beds were squeezed together and had difficulty to get to the beds. Bathroom had leaky faucets and unpleasant odor. Although booking was made for two days we had to check out after the first day. Customer service at the front desk was poor. Instead of asking for deposit they had requested full payment for both days upfront on the first day itself and despite the fact that we only stayed for a day they did not bother to return the payment for the day which which was unutilized.
