Too expensive..
네덜란드 물가비싸다 하지만 그런좁은방에 화장실과 배쓰룸같이쓰는데 16만원 이상이라니.. 방값이 너무 비싸서 다시가기 꺼려질것같아요..

Pésima estadía
Pésima, en la cama había muchos chinches grandes y pequeños, la cortina y cabecera de cama llenas de polvo. Pedimos cambio de habitación y sencillamente dijeron que no se podía, colchon y almohada incomodos. Habitación demasiado pequeña e incómoda.

Needs a clean
Was not expecting much from a budget hotel but a clean room should be a must. The mattress toppers were stained and smelly. The toilet seat broken, the shower dirty and water overflowed onto floor when used. Overall needs a deep clean.

Bed bugs and general problems
Out of the 4 beds in our room, 2 beds turned out to be infested by bed bugs, possibly the other 2 as well. We saw these fairly big bed bugs cruising around the sheets and pillow cases. I had to spend my wednesday night at my friends house, fortunately I atleast had options. The hotel staff were nice but they couldn’t do anything about the bed bugs so they just gave us 4 sheets, and the following day they deep cleaned the room which left us without a place to stay for 4 hours. Even after the deep cleaning process the bed bug problem did not go away. Apart from this the shees and pillow cases werent clean at all, not even after the deep cleaning process we went through. We asked for any sort of compensation regarding the fact that I could not spend all paid for nights in our room, all they said was I should have asked for compensation the day we had the bed bug problem (it was around 11pm when we found that out) and that they can’t refund the whole stay, which I didn’t even ask for, simply a night’s price compensation. I would not recommend staying here.

The area where the hotel is located is great but the hotel itself is quite poor... it smells bad, the rooms are very tight, the walls are paper thin, washrooms/showers are tight, the pictures posted online by the hotel do do not reflect what the hotel looks like in person, there are multiple cases of bed bugs.

We had an inconvenience with the bed and were quickly moved to another room. The cleanliness is great! It’s located near tram and metro and a couple of streets away from the main De Pijp street. Convenient yet private and quiet. In the middle of a lovely neighborhood. Would recommend!!

My partner and I stayed in room 006. The bed was infested with bed bugs and I was bit all over. I would never recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel. We are spending the rest of our time in the next destination washing all our clothes and steaming our belongings not to carry them on to our house and future destinations.

Water leak in room not rectified.
What we expected. Slight upgrade from a hostel but not by much. Water leak in room wasn’t sorted while we were in the room which dropped the score from good to one up from crap. Staff were friendly but a little too relaxed.

The bedding & towels were clean and the house keeping was done every day! The rooms are very small, power sockets in strange places and the room had a really strong smell of damp.

Tiny rooms, absolutely 0 sound proofing. Beds wonky and overused, felt like i was sleeping downhill!! Curtains ripped and couldnt cover the whole window. Shower was a joke, floor flooded, but unsure how, due to the awful output of the shower head!! Every door slammed, and it appears that noone knows how to use a door handle, so all throughout the night incredibly loud slams of metal doors wake u up. The water pipe runs through the rooms, anyone using s tap or toilet sends loud rushing water through your room. Pillows are a joke. However, staff were friendly and helpful, and the on site bike hire was decent, although bikes were poor quality. I would never stay here on purpose again.

The staff were nice, when checking in the girl circled things of interest in a map for us, she was very nice, the fees were more than was quoted on Expedia though, It hadn’t been cleaned as there was an empty nut packet and bottle just under the side of the bed, we only saw it as I dropped something and was looking for it, the curtains were are wrinkled, they could have been ironed

Very out dated and shabby looking room. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were very friendly and polite though. You could hear clearly people passing. I paid over a £100 to stay for one night and was very disappointing that I had to pay that much to stay in such a poor outdated hotel.

Hotellet/værelserne var ret slidte og bar tydeligt præg af, det havde været hårdt økonomisk i corona perioden. Der var, af samme grund, heller ikke morgenmad, selvom de annoncerede med det, så vi måtte selv købe det og opbevare det i deres køleskab. Opholdet blev “reddet” af den enorm søde og tjenestevillig service fra personalet.

Great Budget Hotel
For a budget hotel - it is a good one. Unfortunately our room did not have AC but we had a big window that did just fine. The hotel is in a residential area which is a big plus. It’s one street away from a canal. The public transportation tram is just within a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel felt very safe as a key was always needed to enter the hotel. We were able to get an Uber at 3am from our hotel to the airport and the hotel staff allowed us to do a drop key checkout at that time but did a room walk through hours before the front desk was closed. Overall this is a great budget hotel.

Chambre pas propre ( moisissures des boiseries due à l’humidité dans la salle de bain, mur en mauvais état, peinture sale) Service très moyen, le gardien dors à la réception quand vous rentrez après minuit, Laisse rentre n’importe qui, mon ami avais la carte sur lui, je ne pouvais donc pas ouvrir, le gardien m’a ouvert la porte ainsi que la chambre sans me demande qui je suis. Service de ménage dans les chambres fait à moitié. CHAMBRE INFESTÉ D’INSECTE Je n’ai jamais pu les voire, mais je me suis réveillé chaque jour avec des boutons rouge provoquant des démangeaisons partout sur le corps. Sûrement des punaise de lit ou autre insecte prouvant encore une fois l’état déplorable de la chambre. Ne recommande pas du tout
