깨긋하고 편리한 맨션!
넓고 깨긋해서 좋았습니다. 화장실도 사진에서 보는 바와 같이 비슷했구요 그리고 버스정류장이랑 가까워서 이동하기에 편리했습니다!

최악의 호텔이였습니다. 아무리 3성급이다 하더라도 호텔방이 창문도 없는 지하이고, 방의 카펫트는 습기로 축축했으며 방에 있는 냉장고에는 물도 없었습니다. 방을 옮겨달라 하여 하룻밤 자고 1층으로 방을 옮겼지만, 방은 매우 좁아졌으며 기본적인 물조차 제공되지 않았으며 방이 좁아졌다고 냉장도고 없었습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 만족
위치, 청결, 시설, 고객 서비스 모두 만족이었습니다. 다소 아쉬웠던점은 제가 예약했던 더블룸은 장문이 없어 습하고 답답했습니다. 모든 방이 창문이 다 있지 않다는거 알고 계셨으면 좋겠습니다!

아늑한 호텔
기차역에서 도보로 10분정도 호텔은 다소 좁다고 느낄수있으나 아늑하고 난방도 잘되고 깨끗한 호텔입니다.

very nice
It was very convenient in both ways of walking distance from the central station and staying in a very cozy room. The room was warm and good enough to stay 3 people in a triple room even though it was not that big.

새 호텔인지 시설이 깨끗하네요!
2인인데 4인실인 대신 다락방이어서 짐 옮기는데는 번거로움이 있었지만 체크인할때 집을 들어다 주셨습니다. 특이한 구조라 신선한 마음에 잘 이용했습니다. 중앙역에서 가까운 편이라 길만 잘 가면 아주 가깝게 갈 수 있어요^^

Ich bin mit meiner Partnerin in dem Hotel und der Herr an der Rezeption als wir eincheckten, war nicht so freundlich. Er wirkte so, als habe er keinen Bock auf seinen Job. Das Gepäck wurde einfach so hingestellt ohne Nummern zu vergeben. Beim Checkin später war ein netter Mitarbeiter, der uns freundlich empfangen hat und uns sogar ein besseres Zimmer gegeben hat, als das was wir gebucht hatten. Wir buchten ein normales Doppelzimmer und bekamen ein Zimmer für 4 Personen. Das war sehr nett von dem Herrn. Die Lage des Hotels ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und somit auch schnell erreichbar und zentral. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort.

Great location
Great location for exploring Amsterdam. Not the most luxurious but an ideal base to explore from. Furnishings a little tired and single beds for very slim people. Hopefully the renovations will resolve the above. Staff very pleasant and a good breakfast available that you can turn up for, if not prebooked.

Great Value- not a lot of frills, good location
Good Location for the train station and ferries. A short walk to get to the action of Amsterdam City Center. This is an old building converted to a hotel and it's rather loud - you can hear people in the halls and floors above easily. No Frills- but the place is good- I'd go back. But- I would get a room on as high of a floor as possible to reduce the noise and get some sort of view- our room didn't have a view- just the building next door. Super Nice staff, clean..

Room itself was good and spacious, beds need improving (however being stoned i could say it was good enough), Floors have carpets and it may look clean but it was old and there were some stains, shower drains stink (sewage problem i believe), water pressure wasn't too good (but they did have nice hot water after a rainy cold evening) and shower needs a glass door as every time we had a shower the bathroom floor would get wet. Cleaner did a great job changing our wet towels, providing fresh bed sheets and throwing our rubbish. Also receptionist are very welcoming and helpful with any questions i asked.

Really happy with my stay at Hotel Mansion. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is located on a very convenient place, close to the Station and just a short walk away from all the restaurants, shops and sights. I would highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

It was a great place with view of Canal. Quiet and very clean. Staff were friendly. It is at waking distance from central station to shopping and dining.

Terrible hotel
Había pelos de otras gentes en toallas y sábanas, en sanitario, etc. Muy pequeño el lugar y tétrico pues no tiene casi ventanas. Un lugar desolado que no invita a descansar. Terrible en mi opinión.

It was an okay stay however not the best. The main problem was that our room was placed on the top 3rd floor and the lift only went up to the second floor so we had to walk up a very steep set of stairs with our heavy suitcases, and also I guess we were staying next to the 2 floor suites as the building is quite old we could constantly hear people walking and moving around on the floor above the bedroom. Also the towels that were provided to us when housekeeping visited were ripped and torn and the mattress was very very worn not the cleanest to be honest. I won’t be staying here again for those reasons as I’ve stayed in much better accommodations in Amsterdam before.

Terrible hotel
Hotel is dirty and old. Worn out carpeting, torn towels and basically third rate. Any better rating is either fake or a lie. I would not stay here again if the room was free. The pictures are totally misleading. We booked a double room and we’re given a tiny triple with no dressers or places to put your clothing.

This hotel was really clean and had a great location. It was walkable to most points of interest as well as restaurants and bars. I think the twin beds were smaller than average though and I could hear the people upstairs walking around.

Located opposite the floating Chinese restaurant near Central Station in a quieter area of the city. We have stayed in Amsterdam 20 times so we were fully aware of the City Tax and this was calculated in advance by the booking site we used so there were no surprises when we arrived. There is building work going on in the hotel that we weren’t aware of until we had checked in and reached the lift, nothing was mentioned at reception during check in, or on their website. We were woken early by builders which us left feeling tired during our short trip as we were unable to sleep in. Would have been nice to have been made aware of this before booking so we still had the option to change hotels. Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms are very small, but not a problem if you just want somewhere to lay your head after a day of sightseeing. We would say the reception area and front of the building is that of a 4* but the rest of the hotel is a 3. Front door is locked from midnight so you’ll need to knock the front door to be let in. Glad we found a deal online as in our honest opinion, this hotel isn’t worth full price. Beds were comfy, hangers in the single wardrobe, but no fridge in the room which is expected in a 4*. Would we stay here again the next time we are back, most probably not. There are a lot more hotels in the area for the price.
