아담하고 친절한 호텔
- 처음 1층 방은 매우 비좁았는데(1인이 1~2일정도 숙박하기에는 괜찮음), 3일째 이후 3층으로 옮긴 방(욕실, 책상, 발코니가 있는 방)은 손색이 없을만큼 좋았음. 또한 호텔비에 조식이 포함되어 맛있고 신선한 American Breakfast(빵, 치즈, 과일, 커피, 주스, 우유, 과자 등)를 매일 먹었으며, 근무하시는 분(젊은 사람 3명)도 아주 친절하여 이 부분은 최고임. - 다만, 현대식 건물의 호텔과 비교하면, 이 호텔은 일반 주택을 개조한 것이기 때문에 운치가 있지만 계단과 내부 시설 등은 다소 불편한 구조임.

Hôtel correct. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Petit déjeuner convenable avec du choix (pain, céréales, jus de fruits, oeufs, jambon, boissons chaudes ). Chambre spacieuse. Seul bémol, la salle de bain sans aération (ou alors pas du tout efficace), donc un vrai sauna à chaque douche !

Great location but not value for money
Great location with the museums close by and city centre less than 30mins walk away. However the room was cold and heating weak - not great if you're travelling in the winter like me. They did give an extra duvet on request though. Also there was damp on the wall and the bed cover had dirt on it (on the sides). Didn't get value for money and you can find better quality for similar or less elsewhere (and probably nearer to the centre)

The property was reasonable benefitcal visiting Amsterdam if you are for small business enterprises and for thise to sleep for a couple of nights. There is free wifi, television (if you want to keep with the news) and drinking facilities from 8am to 11pm, though you will need to ask the staff about it when you register within the hotel and Hotel De Muck does a fairly continental breakfast.

The location was good, close to public transport, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was great. The only detriment was that the stairs going up to the rooms were steep. but that is to be expected of most hotels - even most tourist attractions in the area, so that can't be held against the hotel, it's the general architecture of the old city.

We were given a room covered in mould, then told to come back the next day “IF” we still wanted to swap rooms. Then we asked to change the next day and the staff (named ocean) made a big deal saying it was really inconvenient for them to swap us. We had to make a big deal and were made to feel as if we were creating a problem. It was stated breakfast would be available until 11:00, it was not. On the day of checking out someone came and tried to hurry us into checking out. Finally a friend of a member of staff came by one morning and had an inappropriate attitude and I quote “I don’t work here, I can be a little more promiscuous with the customers” all in all it was a pretty disappointing experience here and do not rate it highly for places to stay in Amsterdam. I have photo evidence of the mould on the walls and one bed in the room.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in central Amsterdam with okay reviews. It was well located, quiet and came with free breakfast. The breakfast was largely cold with no cooked eggs, but okay. Staff were friendly. Our room was clean and easily big enough for two people. This was because it doubled as a room for four people. Two of the four matresses in the room were broken and needed to be moved so we could sleep together. The common areas were not clean and in a bad state of repair. Overall, it was acceptable given the price and free breakfast, even if the price was only good comparative to elsewhere in Amsterdam (i.e. not cheap),

La calefaccion del baño no funciona, es super frio, no nos cambiaron las toallas, y como hacia tanto frio seguian mojadas y frias del dia anterior, el hotel es super desordenado, habia materiales de construccion, bolsas con ropa etc por los pasillos lo que hacia dificil desplazarse por el hotel, la señal de internet mala e inestable y el desayuno con opciones muy limitadas! En general el hotel es de muy baja calidad

Sono stata ad Amsterdam dal 20 al 23 di settembre con una mia amica. L’hotel si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e ci si può benissimo muovere a piedi per tutta la città data la vita notturna ad Amsterdam. La nostra stanza era pulita e aveva il bagno privato, accogliente. Entrando nell’hotel può sembrare che non sia uno dei migliori; ma la gentilezza e il servizio fanno la loro parte. Ottimo per chi vuole soggiornare un weekend ad Amsterdam.

Vi fick ett rum i vad vi tror är personalens korridor till sin bostad. Det var väldigt väldigt lyhört och man kunde höra de gå in och ut ofta. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var rent och fint. Skulle rekommendera om man vill ha ett billigare boende.

Compte tenu du prix (190 €/nuit), j'étais loin d'imaginer séjourner dans un hôtel aussi médiocre. Situé à 20mn de marche de la gare centrale dans une quartier calme. Seul l'accueil était correct bien que très très long pour s’enregistrer et obtenir ses clés. Au 4ème étage avec des escaliers raides et étroits, obliger de baisser sa tête au risque de ce cogner. Découverte d'une chambre dont la moquette n'a sans doute pas été nettoyée depuis quelques années, condensation sur les trois fenêtres, salle de bain vétuste, couleur des murs plus que douteuse, serviettes sentant le mal séché.... Certaines salle de bain sont à partager. Le petit déjeuner simple qui a juste le mérite d'exister même s'il faut souvent patienter et faire la "queue" dans cette salle étroite et allongée où une brocante semble s'y être logée. Mauvaise expérience pour notre part, prix exorbitant pour la qualité/ propreté (près de 600 € pour 3 nuits)

Het is een prima slaapplek omdat het tegenovergestelde Carré ligt waar we een concert hadden. De tuin was wel erg onverzorgd. Ontbijt was prima maar niet uitgebreid. Ik miste de yoghurt bijv.

Hotellin sijainti ihan mielettömän hyvä! Kävellen pääsi nopeasti joka paikkaan ja pyörienkin vuokraaminen hotellilta sujui helposti. Maksettiin jaetusta kylpyhuoneesta, mutta saatiin sittenkin oma, mikä oli mukava yllätys! Siisteydessä olisi ehkä parannettavaa esim. Suihkuverho oli todella likainen. Muista huoneista ja ulkoa kuului paljon meteliä, mutta meitä se ei ainakaan häirinnyt. Henkilökunta kuitenkin mukavaa ja avuliasta, aamiaisen ei pitänyt kuulua hintaan, mutta kuului nyt :) Tämäkin kiva yllätys ja aamiainen oli ihan perus ok!

Awful listing.
Stairs are dilapidated with no elevator. I couldn'tgo up them wirh my backpack on because they were so narrow and steep. The, room isn't big enough to have your luggage open AND walk by. Management accused us of having a third occupant because we had a guest stay late and charged €150. We only got one key, and when my friend was upstairs and I tried to use the buzzer (the door is locked 24/7) to get in the management literally yelled at me- even though we only got one key. Shower smelled like sewage consistently. "Breakfast" was cold cereal.
