이정도면 괜찮아요
1.뮤지엄지구 근처. 2.이유는 모르겠으나 메트리스 밑으로 양 끝에 나무상자같은게 있어서 침대가 좀 높았고, 가운데 부분에는 상자가 없어서 허리 부분이 좀 꺼지는 듯한 느낌이 든다. 3.체크아웃하고 두고온 물건이 있었는데 꼼꼼히 메일로 알려주셨다. 그런점을 보아서 직원들이 정직한것 같다 4.침구는 꽤 깨끗했다.

아담하고 일반적인..
오래된 호텔의 특유의 냄새, 세면대의 구조가 이상해서 손 씻는 용도외엔 샤워시 세수를 해야했다 그리고 좁은 구조의 방이라 공기회전이 좀 어려운지 먼지알레르기가 있는 내겐 좀 불편했다 직원들은 친절해서 나무랄 데가 없었다

암스테르담 최고의 호텔
국립미술관 반고흐뮤지엄과 가까움. 찾아가기 쉬움 트램역에서 걸어서 5분도 않되는 거리임. 마트도 근처에 찾으면 있음. 안좋은 점이라면 복도가 복잡해서 헷갈릴 수 있음. 그래도 다시 재방문시 이용할 것임. 룸도 침대 좋고 깔끔하고 좋았음. 수압도 잘나옴.

I liked the location of the hotel - very close to cafes and restaurants, also very close to museum district and Vondelpark. Conveniently located for tram stops. Property itself is just terrible. You do not get the 4 star feeling. If you are more than one person with more than hand luggage getting to your room will be an issue if you need using stairs or lift. Stairs too steep to get up and down without breaking neck and lift barely fit one person and is a bit dodgy. I had ants in my bathroom dancing all over the counter. Multiple ants. I also had broken toilet that would not stop flushing. Handyman came to have a look at it and showed me a ''special and secret'' way to stop it from leaking. I had to weirdly knock on the lever. It seemed very funny to him. The whole hotel room needed serious refurb. The wooden panels been worn and looked awful. Also the bathroom sink needs replacement as there are staining from over use - does not give 4 star feel at all. Bed was definitely slept in- i could feel dent in mattress and bedding was too thin and weird material for my liking. Apparently there was refurbishments going on and no-one actually gave me heads up- not when i booked the hotel like month in advance, nor when i arrived to hotel. When i was taken to my room, i could smell glue very strongly throughout the hotel. I was queuing in the reception for something and there was couple checking in same time as very loud banging and drilling noises – reception staff never even ac

Diese Unterkunft erfüllt alles was man braucht für eine schöne Woche in Amsterdam. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in alle Richtungen zu den wichtigsten Orten und Aktivitäten. Keine 5min zu Fuß, hat man sämtliche Straßenbahn und Bushaltestellen.

Reception staff couldn’t find our room at first. They seems to use antiquated computer system. Our bed room floor is slanted. Felt like on the cruise ship. The hotel needs renovation badly.

The location is very good considering the sightseeing options as well as accessibility to city centre. However, the room is very small and there is almost no space to work. Maybe this is what you normally can get in central Amsterdam at this price.

Upon arrival we got a room that has was terrible . After complaining we were told no rooms were available other than the one we got . After s while the receptionist came and gave us another room despite she told us she had none .

This hotel is in an excellent area for walking, however for the price we paid I would not stay here again. I would stay at the Marriott across the street. Cheaper. This hotel is a warren of narrow hallways, and stairways. Some may say quaint. We say annoying & frustrating. The elevators are so tiny 2 of us with our bags barely fit. However, the bar & dining area are fabulous & the staff was great.

The location and property were excellent! My room had only a bathtub with a very high step and a rain shower head. It was difficult for me to get into the shower. The shower floor was slippery and I needed a handheld spout. The room furniture was nice, but the room felt sparse. A couple of pictures/paintings may have helped.

Nos hemos alojado en uno de los apartamentos del hotel. Una experiencia inolvidable. Un espacio muy amplio, bien decorado y todo limpio, con vistas a la calle y por el otro lado al jardín. Un lindo contraste con los hoteles nuevos donde todo es igual y estándar. El personal muy simpático. Y la ubicación del hotel en un lindo barrio justo atrás del Leidseplein y a pocos metros del Vondelpark es ideal. Para repetir!

The location was perfect. The staff was brilliant especially Erriane, a receptionist that helped me decide on a day trip to GIETHOORN. That was a magical day, well worth the train ride, thank you for that.

Nice with a few caveats
Goods: -Location: Short walk to Rijksmuseum, etc; very short walk to trams; long-ish walk to Old Town sections; nice quiet neighborhood. -Breakfast was excellent! Kept us going for the whole day w/out lunch. -We had a large room facing the street; king bed; adequate electrical outlets. -Condition: reasonably good w/ some caveats below. -Heat pump A/C (A/C isn't available in many Amsterdam hotels, so pay attention if visiting in warm weather.) Bads: -Lighting in bathroom was very poor. I could barely see to shave; no way my wife could do make-up. -As Americans, we asked at the desk for washcloths. The first desk clerk told us they didn't have any. We mentioned it the next day to a different person & he got us some immediately. -We mentioned the lighting to the 2nd desk clerk; he said they're planning upgrades & was grateful for our feedback. He acknowledged that carpets were worn in some areas (which didn't really bother us) & that they wanted to add more color & style as everything was now mostly black&gray w/ minimalist decor. - We felt that stepping into the tub/shower was downright dangerous due to its height--my wife is short. - The hotel is located in a series of old houses (7, we were told) that were joined together, resulting in a maze of hallways & a few steps between sections that made it difficult to move large luggage. - We were charged for breakfasts for all 3 days, even though we left at 7AM the 3rd day B4 breakfast started; I didn't notice until I got home.

if you after location this hotel is fantastic, but service and being heard not up to standard. plus the apartment sofa bed wasn't prepared, when we arrived. no telephone for room service, and that wasn't fixed. any issues were not dealt with just completely ignored. housekeeping left the apartment door open. the lighting is so dim its hard to use the kitchen to cook.

Absolutely perfect, rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Staff is helpful and friendly. Perfect location, I highly recommend this hotel. Only issue was the flaky internet service, once that gets resolved this hotel will be 10 out of 10. We stayed in the Amsterdam apartment, it was very large, with kitchen, large refrigerator, stove, micro and a clothing washer. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was excellent. The living room is very large, a dining table accents the living room. Furniture is comfortable and modern. Bed and bedding clean.

There was indeed a problem with our Wifi red, were though all Iphones could not access the red , because it was unsecured.Even our workers with iphoneds could not connect , but the persons with android had conection.I can inform you that his problem is now fixed and all rooms have maxium reception of the signal now

We had an amazing stay in Amsterdam and the Catalonia was a wonderful hotel. Conveniently located to everything. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the bar in the evening was a great spot for an aperitif. The staff was extremely friendly, spoke English and accommodating, especially if you asked for anything extra. I would only recommend a few more towel holders/hooks for multiple guests in one room but not a huge deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND❣️!!
