Perfection!
The views are amazing. The cabin was perfect, staff is very friendly. Just what we needed after an 8 day camping/road trip. We had a wonderful time and would return again on our next visit to AK.

Best stop on this trip.
This was one of the most pleasant places we stayed on our trip in Alaska. I lived there in the past, wife didn't, both enjoyed the trip. Of the places we stayed, Alaska Glacier Lodge was the cleanest and easiest to relax in. We will happily return in the future.

Hello, thank you for submitting a review. We do have the Ravens Perch restaurant on site for our guest to dine with us. We are approximately 35 minutes outside of Palmer, Alaska. You will find most locations, along with homes, do not have air conditioning for those rare days when we get a heat wave.

Very nice and cozy cabins in a very peaceful and beautiful area. All the staff has been very helpful and polite. The breakfast is included and even though the menu is very limited, it's enough. The dinner has more options. The helicopters that take you to the glaciers leave from the same place.

Great place to stay with a spectacular view!
This place had a beautiful view of the Knik River bed and mountains. We enjoyed watching the helicopters take off and land just below us. The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant on location and the staff was very helpful.

The property was remote and beautiful. We loved the rustic style cabins. With the restaurant closing for "off season" it would be convenient to have an offering of microwavable food items/snacks for purchase since restaurants and stores are at least a 30 minute drive away.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about the helicopters didn't bother me at all, they start flying at 1030am anyway. They don't come in and out that often and they don't idle for long periods of time. One or two minutes and they are gone. Lastly they aren't the loud type. Kinda of fun to watch. Wish I could have gone but they were sold out. If you go there I suggest booking the ride in advance. Envious...

The property is all about style and lacks substance and follow through. The front desk said on check in that no reservations were necessary for dinner, but the location was hosting a wedding party that took up most of the dining seats--not coordinated. The staff manifests signs of arrogance and needs a refresher on hospitality management and guest relations. The resort claims to use local produce providers, but the salad was clearly not local and was not properly cleaned. The location claims this is destination dining, but it was just adequate. The breakfast buffet was industrial food and not well maintained or monitored. Continual helicopter flights make this location not for those who want quiet or calm.

We loved our stay here. The cabins are very cute and comfortable! The included breakfast was delicious. I would say don't plan on sleeping in though, the helicopters start flying around by 7:30/8 in the morning so maybe bring ear plugs if you want to sleep later

The lodge was in a beautiful area and we enjoyed the restaurant but we didn’t really “get” the cabins. The bed was against the wall (not easy for us seniors!) and there was an empty space about 10’x12’ by the window. It would have been nice to have a couch or something to sit on rather than 2 hard backed chairs. We didn’t mind that there was no tv but be aware. This is more of a sports type area.

Overall happy with the stay. The cabins were all side-by-side in rows so you don't feel rustic or remote, but it's nice having a cabin rather than a room. The lunch and dinner menus are great and their burger was one of the best I've had, but the included breakfast is extremely limited and disappointing. They could clearly do better on breakfast

Scenery is beautiful! Staff was wonderful! Items missing were a light bulb to light up counter space, no toiletries in bathroom-we had to ask for it, shower head and temperature were not adjustable. Missing towel bar in shower, TV had no signal. Bed was comfortable.

Kink River Lodge has an absolutely breathtaking view of the Alaskan wilderness. The restaurant was classy and had delicious food. The staff was friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience!

This was an absolutely lovely lodge! The scenery was breath taking! The lodge cabins were spacious, clean, nicely constructed with a nice bathroom and has an individual gas fireplace, which was needed and was very cozy. It has a full restaurant which was nice since the lodge is somewhat remote. They do not have satellite or TV cable but have a DVD library you can peruse. The helicopter tours for the glacier and dog sledding are based there and makes it convenient. The rooms don't really have wifi so you have to go to a Yurt to use it which was a little inconvenient. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful! Overall, wonderful experience!
