Las actividades que realizan. Propusieron una excursión de raquetas y super bien. Edu el guía es muy simpático y majo, nos llevó por unos sitios muy chulos. Muy recomendable hacer esta actividad, lo único que tienes que pagar es el seguro. Otro día fue un mago y muy bien el tío se lo curra mogollón. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que la gente de la recepción no informa de las actividades ni de los descuentos que tienes por estar hospedado en este hotel. Otra cosa que tampoco nos gustó mucho es el spa. El agua estaba tan caliente que era hasta desagradable pero lo dijimos en recepción y se arreglo, es un poco pequeño y estaba todo el suelo lleno de agua, aunque para el precio q tiene y que es privado es aceptable.

Alojamiento correcto y se puede ir andando al telecabina, un poco lejos pero se puede, los baños de las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, además son muy fríos y no tienen calefacción, la habitación es correcta, lo mejor los desayunos, aunque no entiendo la obligatoriedad de llevar la tarjeta de Check in al desayuno para que te dejen pasar.

As a base for skiing it did the job fine. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also fine (even though TV didn't work). They gave us a double and single bed for the first night but they were helpful and after that we got the single beds we had booked. Really could have done with coffee and tea facilities and charging for the sauna is a cheek.

Hôtel qui mérite d être rafraîchi. La salle de restauration n a aucune ouverture sur l extérieur, le mobilier est vieillot, les sols et les fauteuils sont tachés. Pas digne d un 4 étoiles et ne correspond pas aux photos où tout paraît nickel. De plus, aucune insonorisation dans l hôtel. Très bruyant. Le personnel est poli et sympathique

Requested a double bed and got two separate beds...the shower courtain was dreadful. the staff at the desk was not particulary friendly... i asked about the restaurant and instead got told that was a new years eve menu so i was better off looking for a cheaper option somewhere else... Free outside parking is a bonus.

Cuatro estrellas? Para hacer una cama grande unen dos individuales, además de ser SUPER BLANDAS. Una habitación sin más y un personal sin más. Lo único que vale la pena es el desayuno buffet. Este hotel no vale el precio que pone.

Los camareros del bufete libre. Una maravilla. Atentos, amables, trabajadores. El entorno muy bonito con el río que atraviesa el hotel. Me encanto.

Not worth the money
The location given by the Hotels.com was wrong on the map. So we thought it was in the centre of Arinsal, opposites to the cable car, instead it was out of the village and we had to use the car to go skiing. Noisy room close to the lift. Quite a run down place for a 4 star! Expensive jacuzzi for half an hour, should be free!

Hotel is really in a run-down condition, rooms and bedding is quite dusty. Breakfast was ok.. but defn not worth 4-star quality. Check-in & check out was very busy as there is only one staff handling everything. Parking area is full of potholes & bumps which damaged a bit of our rental car.

Not a hotel I’d recommend
Stayed in this hotel in July booked it as it had a pool but the pool was so cold we were unable to use it. The room was very dated and there was no Wi-fi access in the room. There were a few electrical items in the hotel which were very worrying. Not a hotel I would recommend.

Las habitaciones son amplias pero un poco viejas, sobre todo el lavabo y el colchón de la cama muy blando, las habitaciones no corresponden a un 4 ESTRELLAS.
