Five Stars in Ankara
Modern 5 star hotel on par with similar properties in NY, Paris, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong or Bangkok. Superb breakfast and lounge, both inc@Executive level. Spa, pool & fitness all first rate and kept extremely clean, as was all facilities in building. Attentive staff, many of whom in lobby remembered guests' names and taxi destinations. Will return for future visits. Located in modern part of city a bit away from the downtown center, but many restaurants & shops nearby.

I like the lobby and furniture of the room, I don’t like room service Response , I called them several times to order breakfast but no answers . For the lobby bar , I like the comfort of the seating area but I don’t like the coffee blend, 5 stars hotel like this should use a high quality coffee like ( illy or Lavazza).

Living in Ankara, this was a lovely little extended break for my girlfriend and I for victory day weekend. We stayed from 29th-31st (two separate bookings) and overall it was great. The facilities on offer, the room (Junior Suite) and overall the hotel - were first class. However, the steak restaurant was underwhelming and would definitely deter me from staying again. My steak was both undercooked (rare instead of medium rare) and having ordered a 14oz Rib eye, expected a premium steak. However, the steak was full of fat throughout and the overall quality - was very poor. I raised my concern with the waiter, who took it away to be replaced. However, what came back, was a completely different (and much cheaper, lower quality steak) that was round and had a hole in it. Visibly different, I realised the difference immediately. However, I didn't want to cause a fuss, I just wanted to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend. I expected perhaps a deduction or to be charged for the second (different) steak. However, I was fully charged for 2 Rib eyes. Again, I wasn't going to argue, but the first steak was low quality and fatty, and the second was more like a burger than a 14oz rib eye - so overall, being charged full price for both, I thought it was ridiculous. No apologies from the chef or waiting staff compiled the underwhelming experience. Hotel and Staff in general, were excellent. But definitely let down by the experience in the steak house.

Otelin içerisi beş yıldız standartlarına uyuyor, Bahçe ve yeşillik neredeyse yok gibi otelde. etrafa baktığınızda da sadece beton yığını, hiçbir yeşillik yok civarda. Odamın perdesini açtığımda ise tam bir hayal kırıklığı bugüne kadar kaldığım en kötü manzaraya sahip, Neredeyse dip dibe bir inşaat , inşaat malzemeleri, demir yığınları var Ve görebildiği hiçbir manzara yok.binalar arasına sıkışmış Doğal olarak perdeyi hep kapalı tuttum. Bir daha gider miyim hayır.

Ankara’nın en yemi 5 yıldızlı otelı bununla birlikte tabii dir ki herşey son sistem düşünülmüş . Burada personel e çok iş düşüyor . Oteli taşıyabilmek. Gördüğüm kadarıyla yatırımcı bu konuda da çok ilgili herşeyin mükemmel olması içim çalışan birileri var. Ötele ilk girdiğim andan itibaren çıkıncaya kadar her birimde ismimle hitap etmelerine gerçekten şaşırdım. Bu zamanda bu personel? Biz evimizde çalışanlara öğrenemedik. Allah yardımcıları olsun.

Yılbaşını geçirmek için konakladık.Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Odada WiFi bağlantısı için 15.-TL almak istemeleri çok garibime gitti, bir gecede herşeyle birlikte çok miktar verdiğim bir otelde ! Çok anlamsız bir yönetim hatası !

A Marriott experience
The staff was helpful and kind. They heard my requests and attended nicely. The room was new and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shaving foam was ready in the bathroom and I appreciated that.

Great hotel but
This is a great 5 star hotel in Ankara. Location is very good close to shopping and restaurants and only few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and modern bathroom and they are sufficiently big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest problem for me was actually finding the entrance of the hotel. There is construction around the hotel and the entrance is lost. There were no street signs showing the entrance either. I had to circle around a couple times before finding the entrance.. The other problem for me is they charge for wifi. I think wifi is as essential as having pillows in the room so I don't like when hotels charge for it as a means of "nickle and dime" the customers.
