Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us. The sofa bed usually does only fit only person or two small kids. Our property is getting renovated starting this November which would include the guestrooms and hallways. The do have some marks on walls from housekeeping carts, guest luggage carts, etc., which we hope to fix during the renovation.

Dear Guest, I am sorry that you and your wife had such a bad experience. All our rooms are non-smoking but there are occasions which we find out after checkout that a guest might have smoked in a room or just that they are heavy smokers and the smoke odor just stick to their clothes and stays in the room. If we find out that someone smokes in the room or the room has a smoke odor, we make sure to charge the guest the smoke fee and we do our best to air out the room to get rid of the smoke smell. Not sure if you told the front desk so that we could have moved you to a new room or not but that is always an option.
