너무 좋은 경험이었습니다. All Inclusive라는 방식을 처음 경험해 봤는데 정말 아침, 점심, 저녁 내내 뷔페로 마음껏 먹고, 마시고, 놀 수 있었습니다. 호텔 내에 아시아인은 저희 뿐이었어요. 유럽 여행객들이 가족단위로 와서 수영하면서 놀고 마시고 먹고 쉬려고 많이 오는 것 같더라구요. 호텔 부지가 넓고 경치가 멋있어서 오전이든 오후든 밤이든 산책하는 것 만으로도 너무 좋았습니다. 체크인할때 호텔 시설 위치와 식당,바,카페 등의 이용시간이 적힌 종이를 주시는데 그거 계속 보면서 다녔어요. 직원분들도 친절하구요. 다만 첫날 좀 늦게 도착했는데, 방에 에어컨이 작동하지 않고 미니바도 비어 있어서 해결하는데 시간이 좀 걸렸네요. 다음날 방을 바꿔주셨어요. 저희 방은 스탠다드 였던 것 같은데, 방은 좀 작았지만 지내는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 안탈리아 공항에서 호텔까지는 좀 멀어요. 택시타고 20~30분정도 갔던 것 같아요. 110리라정도 나온 걸로 기억합니다. 호텔에서 공항으로 나갈때는 셔틀이 있더라구요, 30리라 인 것 같아요.

The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian... I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten. The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian... A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

Отличное место и прекрасный владелец!
Отличный хозяин. Я приехал в отель около 10 утра, мне предложили к качестве комплимента завтрак и уже в 11:30 меня заселили в номер. Очень клиентоориентированный и дружелюбный владелец. Также владелец всегда и очень оперативно был рад помочь с экскурсиями и цены лучше чем в близлежащих агенствах. Локация у отеля хорошая, в шаговой доступности много ресторанов с хорошим рейтингом. Номера чистые и уютные.

Pandemi döneminin zorluklarına karşın iyi organize olmuş bir ekiple çalışıyorlar. Konumu, yemekleri ve temizlik hizmeti oldukça iyi. Sadece gece yetişkin eğlencesini biraz daha çeşitlendirmeliler.

Отличный отель. Большой ,комфортный номер. Доброжелательный персонал. Еда вкусная,разнообразная,морепродукты каждый день были.Комфортный отдых. Прекрасный пляж и пирс. Детские горки ребёнку понравились, а вот песочница на пляже конечно вообще не о чём. Единственное,что огорчало- это холодильник для минибара(3 раза меняли), так и не работал, внутри был горяченный.А так отдохнули отлично!

Her anlamda 4-4 luk karşılandık. Ozan bey bizlerle çok iyi ilgilendi. Balayı çifti olarak kahvaltıya yetişmek için 7:30 da uyanmak garip geldi çünkü tatil zamanımız. Kahvaltıya 9:30-10 gibi gittiğimizde belli çeşitler tükenmiş oluyordu. Eğlenceler ağırlıklı Rus misafirlere yönelik eğlenmek için dışarı çıktık ekstra harcama yaptık. Personel mükemmel derecede ilgili ve sorumluluk sahibi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde kahvaltı ve eğlence programı düzenlenirse memnuniyetle gitmeyi isterim. Bir kaç aksaklık olsada bu mükemmel oteli tüm çiftlere tavsiye ediyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidip tatilinizi burada geçirebilirsiniz. Alacarta Restaurant Erkan bey ve Ozan bey ile mutlaka tanışmanızı tavsiye ederim. Tüm emekleriniz için teşekkür ederim Bellis Deluxe Hotel Ailesi.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir waren noch nie zu dieser Jahreszeit in Belek und haben uns kurzfristig für einige Tage Golf- und Badeferien am Meer entschieden. Das Hotel wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Erstaunt aber nicht gestört hat uns, dass fast ausschliesslich nur russisch gesprochen wurde. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, grosszügig angelegt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind eher kleiner als in anderen Hotels in Belek und die Betten waren etwas gar hart. Das Essen ist absolut okay - in den Spezialitätenrestaurants gut bis sehr gut und im Buffet-Restaurant leider immer lauwarm. Die Mitarbeiter sind generell nett und motiviert.

Die ganze Anlage und das Hotel, bis auf ein einziges Aussen-WC war sehr sauber. Ständig wurde geputzt und alles gereinigt. Lobenswert. Negativ war das unbequeme Bettsofa im unserem Zimmer. Personal an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich. Mühsam war, dass schon relativ früh am Morgen die Liegen auf dem Steg durch Badetücher reserviert wurden. Ebenso sehr viele Liegen am Strand. Grosse Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant. W-Lan Empfang sogar am Strand, super. Geschmacklich könnten die Drinks an der Meet Point Bar besser sein

Top Hotel-Anlage, sehr schön angelegt und mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung, inkl. eigenem Zoo und Gestüt. All-inclusive ist hier wirklich Programm. Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes von 2 Familien stammte der Grossteil der Gäste aus Russland. Die Qualität des kulinarischen Angebots war ausnahmslos gut bis sehr gut. Etwas mehr Abwechslung mit ausgeprägteren Themen würde das Angebot noch aufwerten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Были в отеле всего двое суток , но этого хватило , чтобы влюбиться в него . Проживали в здании JASMINE . Очень удачный корпус . Вдали от шума основного бассейна , с собственным бассейном , баром и рестораном . комнаты и балкон просторные с современным дизайном . звукоизоляция отличная . кухня разнообразная и вкусная . напитки в барах импортные , хорошего качества .

A memorable week in Bellis
It was a great family experience. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) We all enjoyed every moment spent at Bellis from the day we checked in till the 6th day of our check out. - Staff are very friendly. They speak three languages (turkish,russian mainly, and some English in addition; two or three speak Arabic also) - Food was very tastey and from different cousins - Room was very nice and the view was amazing. They gave us a welcoming wine and a bowl of fruits. Mini bar was free and filled daily. - Daily activities for adults and kids. They were presented in three languages Turkish, Russian, and English. - All pools were clean and crystal clear. - Two aqua parks one foe adults and one for children. - Pony kids club is a play ground for kids with more than 4 staff to take care of the little ones. They have several daily activities for kids from 9 am till 11 pm. - Beach is large, clean, and well served. - Free drinks are served in all bars that are distributed in all areas. - 7 restaurants ( 4 of them need previous reservation and three are free) Over all it was an amazing stay for us as adults and our kids were in paradise.
