Noi eravamo 4 Persone una volta lasciavano due asciugamani una volta tre non pulivano mai il si bloccano i bagni non tiravano l’acqua per farlo corta il Ressort era bello fuori le piscine molto belle l’ambiente fuori era un spettacolo, invece dentro per me è un Ressort di 3 stelle son rimasto un po’ deluso

Antalya trip crystal centro resort.
Great location! Good service.. we were a large group of 18 people. Best part was the Turkish bath the resort which was much much better then the one we had outside..Need to improve service in the area were we came to the hotel early morning 5am and had to pay full occupancy charge for previous day. We had a very late night flight and requested late checkout but the resort wanted to charge an additional fee. The guest manager was not accommodative and did not come to explain, we ended only talking to the guest services staff. Overall good experience.

Everything was good. A lots of things to do, good food, activities for all ages. Only the rooms were not for a 5 star hotel. They are big enough but needs to be renovated. Hotel stuff is excellent.

There is a big problen in the rooms. The air conditioner doesn't work well.i think it is too little..so.the room is always hot.the food was good,but at nights you will have a nightmare.even in the hallway was very hot.so,if you like to sleep well go to another hotel.

Meine Reservierung war für das Hotel Crystal Centro, aber als ich ankam wurde mir gesagt dass meine Reservation für das Partnerhotel Crystal Paraiso im System zu sehen ist (was gelogen ist), und 30km entfernt ist. Da kein freies Zimmer gab wurde ich dort hin geschickt. Laut Personal an der Rezeption(junger Mann mit Ohrring) sei es dort auch besser für jüngere Personen, da Crystal Centro ein Familienhotel sei... Ich solle auch noch auf eigene Kosten die 30km fahren. Nach Diskussionen wurde ich dort hin transferiert. Angekommen bekam ich irgendein Zimmer und nicht eins wofür ich extra bezahlt habe (seitlicher Meerblick). Ein überfülltes Kinderhotel a la Massentourismus. Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung die ich jemals hatte. Eine Hotelkette was ich in Zukunft für immer vermeiden werde, sowie bekannten nicht empfehlen werde.

Es handelte sich um einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub, den ich gerne so wieder erleben würde. Ich bin vollumfänglich zufrieden gewesen. Das Essen war toll und es gab eine riesen Auswahl. Besonders gut hat mir der Service gefallen. Die Kellner waren ruhig, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle. Das Gelände sieht mindestens so gut aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Неплохой отель. Много иностранцев из разных стран, даже из Канады. Еду можно найти в любое время дня и ночи. Много точек с напитками, в том числе и с алкоголем. Самому отелю требуется ремонт. Номерные фонды немного убитые. Неплохая территория отеля. Много бассейнов. Прекрасный пляж с пирсом. Хорошая анимация, в том числе и для детей. Отличный персонал. Вежливый и услужливый.

My stay at Crystal centro
Really the stay was good but the personnel in the morning are not welcoming those one who do the check in it’s like they have angry face not patient and also the food were terrible really the room are not cleaned properly and they even didn’t change our bed sheet for four days the night personnel instead are very good friendly and happy I really liked them and hope they were at the morning

Just need more room cleaning and new manager
The resort facilities were very good but the rooms were very small and not as clean as a resort must be, I paid for an extra bed for my 6y daughter but barely we could manage the space in the family two bed room suit to accommodate it, the reception were not very friendly, they argued too much about my son and daughter's age, despite I mentioned on the web site there ages (12y and 15y) they were saying that way it mentioned they are children and not adults, which is an automatic measure from (Hotels.com) as they are under 18y. on the website the suit is to accommodate 4 persons + 1 child for free. But finally, they understood and stopped arguing about my 12y son & 15y daughter after making too much headache for me and my family.
