아침,점심,저녁식사 포함 옵션 선택했는데 좋았음. 좀 식당이 붐비고, 무질서한 모습도 있었고, 식사하고 있는데 청소하는 모습은 좋지 않았음. 전반적으로 괜찮았음.

전체적으로 식사는 만족합니다 시설이 좀 오래되서 샤워실 등이 원활하지 않습니다. 바는 제한된 기본 음료만 무료였는데 맥주 와인 등... 커피맛은 별로였습니다. 실내 수영장은 좁고 선베드는 낡고 지저분 합니다.

Nice and clean hotel
this hotel is good to enjoy holiday whit family. close beach facility good. staff also kind also. family room is quite big. but, internet is very poor, little bit far from old city.

콘얄티 해변 바로 앞에 위치 시내에서는 조금 멀어요
친구와 all inclusive, 주니어 스위트 룸으로 예약했는데요, 둘다 탁월한 선택이었어요.첨에 예약이 잘못되어서 더블룸 봤는데 객실이 작고, 전망도 안 좋아요. 주니어 스위트룸은 방1개, 거실1개, 화장실 1개. 화장실은 복도, 방에서 연결되는 문이 한개씩 있습니다. 바닷가 전망이라서 일출도 거실에서 봤답니다. 음식은 너무 훌륭했고, 지하의 하맘도 무료 이용 가능. 로비의 바도 무료 이용 가능해요. ㅎㅎ 4-5시에는 간식서비스되는 룸도 있구요. 직원들이 특별히 친절하지는 않습니다. 하지만 가격대비 너무 좋았네요.

We had an enjoyable 5 night stay at Porto Bello. The location is good and was easy to get around using taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of options for food and drink. The night entertainment was not great but we made the most of it.

Maten är sådär, tråkig och upprepande. Var över julen där. Rummet var gammalt och slitet. De håller på renovering och det var störande. Inte 5 stjärnigt hotell standard, i min optik. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel, would return. Great facilities, hard working staff, good food, big clean pool, private beach and the hamam was great. Only thing they could work on a bit is sustainability - a lot more single use plastic than was needed, albeit they did have recycling for plastics.

One of the best all inclusive resorts that I have ever been and I have been in many. Attention to details was quite noticeable. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Place was very clean and orderly. Activities throughout the day, music and entertainment at night. Last but not least the food, fruits, and deserts were so delicious. Fresh vegetables, fruits and yummy colorful deserts. Place was really impressive. When I got there I was told that my reservation by Expedia was economy!!!! sooooo strange because I don’t remember seeing a question regarding types of available rooms on Expedia site….. Fortunately front desk noticed my disappointment and upgraded my room at no charge. I was there with my son for 5 days and we were extremely pleased. I like to thank the entire team for their great hospitality and beautiful smiles.

The description on Expedia didn't cover several all inclusive perks: free unlimited towels per day, tunnel under the busy road, free 1 dinner at the fish restaurant, birthday treat. Cocktails in the bar are well above average. Mojito with or without alcohol 5*, not usual sickly sweet. Spa medical deep tissue massage covered physio and points 5*, want to go again. Entertainment programme is excellent both in the day and evenings. However there is no poster clearly telling what and when is happening, advertised app had incorrect information. Posters in the lift included description in Turkish with no translation and no dates. Sought after morning aqua gym didn't have enough rubber flutes for all wanting to participate. Drinking Water in the rooms was not resupplied despite asking.

The place is perfect for relaxing, and the beach is terrific. The personnel at the hotel is helpful and friendly; the food options are vast and delicious. However, I think The hotel should try to improve its environmental practices; the use of plastic is excessive.

I stayed 4 nights there. I booked standard double room which was really good. I recommend everyone to take all inclusive you will get various options for food. I enjoyed swimming, private beach arrea, various activities, from morning to night. I want to go again there.
