콘야알티 해변이 가까워 산책하기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다 구시가지와는 좀 거리가 있어 관광지 접근성은 떨어지나 렌트카 혹은 대중교통을 이용 한다면 좋은 숙소일듯 합니다

저는 친언니랑 2013년 6월 4일부터 5일까지 릭소스호텔에 머물렀습니다. 사진으로 본것과 같이 시설도 좋고 위치도 버스터미널과 5-10분거리로 매우 좋았습니다. 방도 고급리조트 답게 크고 깨끗하여 시설면에서는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 하지만 바다가 생각보다 멀었습니다. 호텔에 연결된 길을따라 나무계단을타고 100미터 이상 걸어 내려가야하며, 바닷가의 썬베드나 시설물은 따로 이용료를 내고 사용합니다. 해변의 하얀 모래사장을 기대했으나 자갈뿐인 돌밭이라 맨발로 걷기엔 아픔니다. 그래도 바다물이 깨끗해서 괜찮았습니당. 아쉬웠던건 호텔직원들의 서비스 태도였습니다. 무언가 문의하려 전화하면, 최소 3명 이상의 직원에게 똑같은 질문울 반복해야했고. 간단한 셔틀버스 문의였는데, 결국 확인 후 전화주겠다는 담당자는 연락이 없었습니다. 호텔 인포메이션 데스크에는 여자직원들이 4명이나 있었는데~ 문의사항에 대해 귀찮은 태도로 응대했고. 현지 버스회사에 전화 문의좀 해달라는 부탁에, 자기네는 그런 부탁은 들어줄 수 없으니 직접터미널에가서 알아보라고 말했습니다. 고급 호텔인 릭소스 직원들의 서비스 수준은 작은 민박집보다 못한것 같습니다. -------------------------------- I visited this hotel 2013.Jun 04th till 5th. I stayed with my sister for vacation. We do like the hotel facilities and location. But the hotelier's service was very disappointed. They didn't answer a simple question like hotel suttle bus service info. And keep transfer to another department or person in charge. I had to repeat my question to more than 3 differnt persons. Because They just transfer the phone to the other, didn't even listen to me what i want to know. And in the end, the person on the phone told me 'no, we dont have.' They say No! Easly and didn't give me an alternative choice. So I had to do everything by my self. Simlpy un pleasent stay due to their poor service and attitude. I wish they consider about their quality of customer service.

On Arrival we were welcomed by a huge cockroach in the bathroom sitting on the wall Infront of the bathroom mirror This was a room with a disabled bathroom I had booked for my father. there was a constant smell of sewage and damp coming from the bathroom drains. The cleaning was superficial the smell remained throughout the duration of the stay. We had booked breakfast on our last day before check out but the staff advised we leave early to catch our plane from Antalya airport. The staff could have ordered us a regular taxi but instead advised on the ental car service costing us 65 Euros We left at 6.30am as this was the time given to us by the transfer service ( breakfast was at 7am) I asked the staff if we could get some snacks as mum is diabetic and needs to eat something before taking her medication before we leave we had already paid for the morning breakfast which we couldn't have because we were advised to leave early at 6.30 am The staff said no snacks could be made up Our journey took 30 mins to Antalya airport and we were early waiting around in the airport for an hour and a half before our flight I wish the staff could have advised us better and not rushed us to check out so early My parents could have had breakfast before taking the medicine We later learned a local taxi would have charged us 20 Euros maximum to get to the airport but the hotel rental car service charged us 65 Euros

Staff and service is amazing. Rooms and bathrooms need upgrading. Food in the restaurants definitely need a change. Its not very tasty. Other than that its a good hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. Overall, we were happy with the value we got out of our stay. Food: while the food is all inclusive, because we stayed less than 5 nights no a la carte meals were included. We were both unimpressed with the quality of the food in the buffet dining area. None of it was particularly delicious or hot by the time we sat to eat. The random small section of Indian food was actually the best food we tried. The dessert was also pretty good. Friday night was "Turkish" and it was some of the worst Turkish food I've had while living in Turkey, so that was pretty disappointing. Saturday night was "Italian" and we were surprised by the lack of actual Italian food...it was mostly random meats and potato dishes. The pasta bar didn't have any meat options to add to the pasta--only pasta, sauce, and veggies. Food Service: The service in the main dining area was great. Our waiters were very kind and attentive to our drink needs. There are a handful of areas in the dining room that require someone being attentive to prepare something (e.g. omelette station, pasta station, ice cream service) and I found that there wasn't always someone "manning the station." When there was, there was typically a long line. Coffee: We took advantage of the Starbucks service outside by the pool--not a full Starbucks menu but a decent selection of drinks. Land of Legends was small but fun. We used our tickets/shuttle on checkout day

We stayed here for 6 nights and I must say Rixos downtown we are coming again to stay next time we come antalya! Staff is super amazing needless to say, they doing their jobs with so much passion, everything is just so good about this hotel, its very vibey nice looking hotel definitely one of its kind. I can say alot here but won’t bore it anymore. Just stay here and you would love it. Special thanks to Abdulateef for the support and assistance at all times.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Food was ok but not the finest. The room is very very old, not a 5 star at all, the carpet is dirty and smelly. Room cleaning is terrible, cleaner just come in for 3 mins job then left. Overall, never come back again.
