Don’t waste your money to book this hotel, my wife and I stayed there for a week and had the worst experience ever! Can you believe a 4 star all inclusive resort is telling you there is no air conditioning in their rooms when it’s like 40 degrees out there and humidity is so high as well?!! Then they said there is another room with a/c and you need to pay extra 200 euros just to have the A/C for 5 days! They even charged extra to use the safety deposit box in our room! I’ve never seen or heard such things before Food quality was sooo poor Always cold always not fresh and very low quality I strongly recommend everyone not to pay these scammers!

Mot a pleasant experience
Very disappointed, room was very nousy but changed next day. No social distancing at all no one except some staff wearing masks food was cold and also some of it was handled by guests and then put down again. We didn't see any one cleaning handrails etc no screens at reception sun beds crammed together no safe distance between them. No orderly queuing people leaning over to to see food. Toilets very smelly need a good clean. Easy to see this hotel is very short of staff. Room was not cleaned to a good standard. All in all a very poor stay for us, didn't feel particularly safe there as social distancing and mask wearing was non existent.

En général, hôtel correct. Piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants, chambre propres même si il faut faire attention à la taille de la chambre avant de booker car certaines chambres sont relativement petites et on peut vite s’y retrouver limité lorsqu’on est en famille donc faites bien attention au type de chambre que vous réservez… Niveau buffet c’était correct mais rien de foufou. Sinon nous regrettons le peu d’effort fait pour les touristes français, toutes les communications étaient faites en russe ou en anglais… heureusement que Nono l’animateur était là pour relever le niveau sur les animations dont il s’occupait car les autres animateurs ne s’intéressaient vraiment pas aux gens qui ne parlait pas le russe… La fréquentation de l’hôtel est à 95% russe ou en tout cas des pays de l’Est et ça nous donnait une impression d’un hôtel limite sectaire… Nous étions 2 familles françaises et quelques Allemands et le sentiment de rejet envers nous se faisait largement ressentir… Personnellement je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel car nous ne nous sentions pas a notre place… En résumé si vous êtes russe on vous accueille les bras ouverts et si ce n’est pas le cas vous êtes laissés de côté! Je n’étais d’ailleurs pas la seule à penser ça…

Hotel overall it’s ok. The food it’s very basic, although it’s good. Don’t expect any extraordinary cuisine. It’s not easy to fall asleep before midnight as the music goes all the way till midnight. Service it’s amazing, hotel staff very friendly.

The hotel, it’s facilities and staff were really good. Everything is well organised, clean, and there is lots to do in the hotel and it’s surroundings ( the boat trip and quad biking is a must). The staff is so helpful and friendly, everyone is trying to make the guest happy , special thanks to the spa team, entertainment team, guest relations and the bar man in the lobby you really made our holiday special!

Otelin konumu ve çevresi güzeldi. Personeller çok ilgili, kibar ve çalışkanlar. Özellikle restaurant bar çalışanlarından memnun kaldık. Yemekler normal düzeyde. Her şey dahil otellerde çok lezzet ve kalite aranmıyor o nedenle ortalama derecedeydi. Çeşit bol olduğu için mutlaka beğeneceğiniz bir şey bulabilirsiniz. Restaurant kısmında özellikle akşam yemeklerinde açık havada bulunan masalar yetersiz geliyor. Uzun uzun yemek yemeye yer bulamıyorsunuz. Biz animasyon arayan insanlar değiliz ancak animasyon ekibi herkesi eğlendirmeye çalışıyor ve gayet sevimliler. Spa hamam tarafı otelin en kötü bölümü olabilir. Eski ve bakımsız ayrıca personelleri kibar değiller. Sanırım bir işletmeye verilmiş onlar da sürekli satış yapmakla ilgileniyor. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Arka taraftaki bungalov odalar güzel yeşillik içinde. Yataklar biraz rahatsız. Denizi çakıl girişli çabuk derinleşiyor. Denizi temizdi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

We stayed in sherwood inclusive for a week with som couples of friends, in total it was great and really nice experience. Nice food , friendly stuff... in addition, Mr, Mehmet in Sherwood greenwood reception is really helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Отличный номер, в целом неплохо все и еда и само расположение, красивая природа. Недостатки-орущие дети и родители, люди не знающие меры в еде. Понимаю, что персонал не в силах контролировать и учить культуре людей, которые приехали отдыхать, но остались недовольны тем, что постоянно чего-то нет, дети роются в еде руками и за этим никто не смотрит. У нас был хороший просторный номер, но было бы ещё лучше, если бы там не было ненужной двухэтажной кровати, ведь мы хотели номер на двоих! Место удачное и красивое. В сауне навязывают массаж и когда ты отказываешь, общаются очень недоброжелательно. Отдельный минус за время смены полотенец. Непонятно для чего временные рамки, мы не всегда успевали отдать полотенца в прописанное время, поэтому на следующий день приходилось пользоваться сырым и неприятным полотенцем. Когда приходишь его менять, дама азиатской внешности делает вам отдолжение, что взяла его у вас. Больше всех выкладывается аниматор Балу! Знает всех по именам и с душой подходит к делу.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt ganz gut. Das W-Lan ist nur in der Lobby und nur schwach verfügbar, die zentrale Klimaanlage war im Zeitraum 02.10.17 bis 11.10.17 bei 28 Grad bereits abgeschaltet. In unserem Zimmer haben wir leider den Abfluss der übrigen Zimmer gehört. Das Essen und das Personal ist sehr gut.

Genel olarak keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil gecirdim diyebilirim. Aileler icin uygun bir otel. Eksikleri yok degil ancak fiyat kiyaslamasi yapildiginda bu mevsimde normal karsiliyorum. Havuzun 140 cm olmasi yuzme bilen yada bilmeyen herkesin havuza girmesine firsat sagliyor. Animasyon ekibi basarili izlerken sıkılmadım. Resepsiyon ilgiliydi. Otelin fazla yogun olmasi yemekhanede kalabalik oluşturuyor. yarım saat gec giderek daha rahat yemek yiyebilirsiniz. Yemek cesitleri bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi ancak geneli lezzetli. Oda yeterli, denize sabah giderseniz daha sakin. Ögleden sonra daha dalgaliydi. içecekler daha iyi olabilirdi yinede kotu sayilmaz. Kaldigim odanin balkonun yakındaki diger otele bakmasini pek sevmedim. Kemer'e tasima ile gelip alışveriş yapabilirsiniz. Para cekmek icin atmlere 10-15 dk yurumeniz gerekiyor. Konum güzel dağ manzarasini ve yesillikleri sevdim.

We had wonderful vacations at this hôtel (stay: 24 May -15 June 2017): very helpful staff, polite and correct; all the demands are arranged very quickly, plenty of food :very various and very delicious dishes-a Real paradise for Real gourmets &gourmands , many thanks to the Chef! À great choice of fruit &vegetables (the freshest ones Always), bottled water is available 24 hours everywhere all over thé hôtel! (free of charge)There are also mint &grapefruit &lemon&orange beverages, Turkish lokum, apples (choice of them) available 24 hours (all is free of charge), à perfect choice of ice-cream, the long and short if it, You are being fed and drunk from the early morning till midnight , At the bars (including beach bar ) there is great choice of alcoholic drinks and soft beverages, even Ayran; the hotel territory is very beautiful, the best beach bar WE 've ever Seen (We travel much)-very cosy , right in front of the sea with panoramic views & excellent service ! Thé sea is transparent , thé swimming pools are very clean, warmest , very pleasant.The great animation thé whole day & evening, they invite dancers &singers &musicians from outside. Thé hotel is beyond our expectations!We're very pleased with our holidays !
