Excellent friendly service and clean
Front desk was very friendly and helpful, always had suggestions to where to eat and go. We where able to book all of our tours with them and thy provided excellent suggestions and comments. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

This hotel is one of my regular places to stay if I am in Antigua more than one night. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

Quiet and clean
I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and I felt very safe and comfortable there. It was quiet and i got a very good night's rest.

The location is great. All restaurants and shops in Antigua are just steps away. It’s nice and clean (with the exception of a huge hole in one of the bed’s fitted sheets) and decorated really cute. However, the walls are really thin and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. Also, everything squeaked. The beds, the bathroom door, the fan. What I’m most disappointed in is that our rental car was broken into during the night as it was parked right out front. A window was smashed and our shoes that were left in back were stolen. The officer we talked to was really disappointed in the check-in staff for not asking us if we have a car and informing us of a safe place to park. He says this happens on this street a lot and it’s very poor customer service to not warn us. To summarize, it’s a decent place to stay in a convenient location, especially for the price, but don’t park your car on that street.

Good morning We found it extremely strange to see the damage in the adjustable sheet, since we have control over all the hotel supplies, we extend our apologies for the inconvenience and let them know that this sheet was already removed from the inventory, and changed to a new one. We are very sorry for the inconvenience with your car, we do not have such problems before. And the officer's comment seems unethical since his obligation is to ensure the safety of the streets. We hope you have a happy holiday and we hope to have you again in our city and our Hotel.

The staff attention is warm and excellent. There is only two things that this hotel could improve: The breakfast time starts at 7:30AM but most of the tours in Antigua have a pick-up earlier than that, we stayed 7 nigths but could have only 3 breakfast. Rooms need better fresh air ventilation, the temperature outside is fresh but the room at the end of the day is very hot and humid. You will need to keep the door open with the fan at full speed for some time to push fresh air into the room.

Good location
Good location near the Central Park. Beds were comfortable. It's the rainy season so there was a little musty smell in the room when we arrived. It was good to have a fan in the room. Coffee was available in the 'dining area' but was not made until late morning. Would have been better earlier. Wifi was good.

不愉快的住宿經驗
在我抵達時因為已經快深夜了，我非常累，我住的是二樓最後面的那間房，一開門，東西放了，我就準備睡覺，一晚上一直覺得身邊癢，因為太累也不想起床，想說可能是蚊子？？隔天早上一起床看，差點被嚇到，因為全身被咬了快30包，不是蚊子咬，因為我有蓋棉被，蚊子不會咬到，癢到受不了，想說去買藥來擦，去拿包包，結果也發現一張空床上有一堆黑點點聚集，我不知那是什麼也不想知那是什麼，走到櫃臺，我只能說我要換房，因為我懷疑有蚊子，被咬到受不了，櫃臺也讓我換房，去了藥房，給對方看傷口，對方拿了一瓶藥膏給我擦，幸好有止癢一點，雖然我已回國快三個星期，可是我的傷口還是沒好，唉！！

Hotel bien ubicado en Antigua a buen precio
Cerca de todo, limpio, me dieron la habitación número 1 y el baño es super incómodo y es muy pequeña, pedí cambio y las demás parecen ser cómodas, por lo menos la habitación número 2. No tiene parqueo. En general muy bien y tienen precios cómodos también.

El hotel cobra demasiado caro para lo que es. el techo de la habitación está en muy mal estado, el baño en mal estado. la cortina del baño se sostiene por tubos de pvc y un hilo de pescar. las camas son tan viejas que uno se hunde en ellas. realmente el precio debería ser $20 por noche y no $50.

Este hotel es sencillo y agradable y se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Es un buen hotel solo para llegar a dormir.

I was there during Semana Santa when prices double or triple. Book ahead so that you avoid mediocre places like this one - at $40 a night it is fine. But at $100+ it is unfortunate if you are placed here...especially with no breakfast, no AC and shower was not even lukewarm. Staff are friendly so I can't fault them.

Kept up till 3 am most nights because of bar next door; loud music & noisy patrons. room was less than average, needs updating. Shower was lukewarm at best.

No parking lot. Is just a Bed, no breackfast service. Even the pictures over the balcony have an ugly steel sheet inside. I'll not choose Posada dona Luisa again.

Nice clean, feels like home.
It feels like home. Although then don't serve any breakfast or meals, you have the option to cook. Eateries are everywhere too. McDonald and Burger King are just around the corner. Everything is accessible like the plaza, market and the ruins. Don't forget to visit the cathedral and some other gorgeous churches. It's safe to walk even to stay out late at night. People are polite and not noisy. No thieves and surrounding is very clean.

Very basic accomodations
Our room had 3 beds, 2 twins & a full. We each ended up sleeping on twins beds since the full was rock hard. Shower also had a contraption that was the shower head to heat the water coming out. Never a good combo to have exposed electrical wires running to where water comes out to stand under & take a shower. I assume hotel doesn't have any other way to heat water. Wouldn't return.

Very basic accommodation
Stayed here one night a couple weeks ago. Room had 3 beds in it, two twin & one full bed. The full size mattress was so hard that we each slept on a twin. Unique experience for us was something other travelers in the group called a "suicide shower". There was a contraption that was part of the shower head with electrical wires running to it. It heats the cold water coming out since the hotel must not have a hot water heater. Definitely wouldn't be up to code in the U.S. Wouldn't stay there again, especially since price was higher than that of a basic room in Antigua.

The best part of this hotel is the regular receptionist, the cleaners, and night attendant: The people. Rather cramped, had to squeeze over the toilet to get to shower in first room. Lack of air circulation or ventilation. Was finally upgraded to better room, more appropriate to the price I had paid, it had a great view of volcanos and privacy unlike downstairs where I had to stay 4 nights.

Disappointing
The room was small and dark. The window faces a hallway thus it's hard to get fresh air. The blanket had fleas. The "kitchenette" was shared that was not mentioned. However the kitchen was well equipped. Also the internet was excellent.

A nice place to stay if your not looking for perks
A small hotel in the center of Antigua. I has 8 rooms and is quiet. No perks here, but its clean and very comfortable. Since its centralize, you can walk to any place in town easily (Saves on cab rides). No restaurant or bar, but you can buy food and booze and bring it back and use the common area with tables, fridge and dishes. The provide daily coffee, hot water, and drinking water.

Not easy to rest !
From the first floor, it's too noisy. Musics from the bar in the neighborhood on week end played all night. People doesn't care and talk loudly so not easy to rest. Not good quality of air in the room. Good location for activities.

Rooms were very basic, but the hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. close to many restaurants, shops, and the town square. There is a fantastic coffee shop next door and a small travel agency where you can arrange day trips, tours, and transportation.
