The breakfast has become very disappointing. Over the past years, selection is smaller and quality is less. Nasty glass sausages and bacon which it more boiled than fried. There used to be crab salad and other options. Now it’s only cold cuts and cheese. Also, when a breakfast is until 11 am, you need to make sure that most items are not sold out at 10:30.

Our room was in the older "main" building and the quality of this room was inferior to rooms in the "new" building.

Room was vert clean. Meal in the hotel restaurant was too expensive for the quality of the food, and staff was aged men, but with no apparent experience.

Ok hotel. Bed not comfortable, plastic bed cover so very hot to sleep and hard bed. Despite photos dated decor. No tea and coffee in room. 4 star hotel would presume is more for business

Très bon séjour
Très bon hôtel a l'exception du bruit du carrefour attenant. Literie extraordinaire très grande et très confortable,comme la chambre. Seul bémol le bruit de la circulation, qui n'empêche quand même pas de bien dormir et l'éclairage qui permet tout juste de lire. La chambre était très spacieuse.

Great breakfast..
Stayed for 4 nights, arrived Thursday afternoon, been up since 4am so wanted a quick power-nap, got into bed to be greated by heavy hammer drilling, this went on for quite a while so contacted the reception just to see how long it would be going on, we were told there was no drilling in the hotel and it must of been outside, clearly this wasn't true as it was coming from the next room.... apart from this the hotel was great especially the breakfasts....

Zeer mooi groot hotel , goede gratis parking , vlakbij shoppingcentrum en snelweg, zeer goed ontbijt met de mogelijkheid om buiten in loungesetting te ontbijten, dineren. Goed functionerende airco. Minder was dat het water niet goed wegliep , en er lag 10 cm stof op de kast

Good experience
Very Convenient one night stopover on longer road trip into Europe. Reception was good, evening meal was very good and service throughout was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good. Nothing to complain about.

Good value, nice sized rooms
Neat room, friendly staff, great breakfast! Would stay here again. Having a car is important at this location, however there are pleanty of free parking places in front of the hotel.

Séjour à Gand qui est une très jolie ville. L hôtel est correct, le pdj est très bien mais les chambres ont besoin d' un rafraîchissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais la salle de bain petite.

Petit déjeuner correct, mais à 11h heures de fin de Petit déjeuner la chargée de déjeuner devient très agréables!!! Vous oblige de libérer immédiatement la salle terminé ou pas. A mon avis, la dame n'est pas du tout professionnel!! Il existe des manières plus polies et professionnelle de dire aux clients que c'est la fin du Petit déjeuner.

Dearest,Thank you for your review. In our superior rooms there is water and there are tea- and coffee facilities. In all other rooms you can, as displayed at our info channel on each television, ask a kettle in the reception. Our breakfast closes indeed at 11 o'clock During weekends. This is mentioned during check in, on the same info channel at each television and on the information boards in the elevator. Closing time for breakfast is very normal. At 12 o'clock lunch starts.Kind regards,
