De kamer was stoffig, vond nog een restant chips. Voor een 3 persoonskamer, lagen 2 setjes handdoeken. Prullenbak was te klein. 2 van de 3 stopcontacten waren defect. Geen werkende afzuiginstallatie in de douchekabine. Het ontbijt was erg karig (laat de eieren in de schil a.u.b.)

Nice and easy, good value stay for one night in Antwerp. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No hairdryers in the room but were available from reception, along with a deposit. Better to go somewhere local for breakfast!

The hotel is okay but the bad part was the staff. Literally only one person was able to help, out of the 4/5 we talked. Communication was clearly an issue but willingness to help was not a skill most of the staff had.

Rien à voir avec un Ibis Budget. Avons pris une chambre pour 3. Uniquement 2 serviettes de bains. Lit 2 places refait le soir mais pas le lit 1 place. Pas de salle de bains, uniquement une cabine douche. Aucun placard ou étagère pour les vêtements. Pas de chaise non plus, juste 2 petits tabourets en plastique. Seul point appréciable, l'accueil. Personnel charmant et disponible.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is very basi but the price was right. It was clean. They do not follow their "Eco-friendly" policy in regards to towel usage and replacement. I left my towel hanging but they replaced it anyway. On the second day I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. I returned to find 3 more towels left outside my day. By the time I checked out I had 5 unused towels and one towel I had used twice. All for 1 person!

Het water van de douche was absoluut niet OK. Er kwam een klein straaltje water uit de douche (kamer 710) en de dag van aankomst GEEN warm water. De minimale watercapaciteit van de douche gemeld bij de receptie, maar het verbeterde niet.

The room was extremely hot without air conditioner. The only way to cool the room was with a fan that one has to ask the front desk. Also, there were numerous mosquitoes in the room which we had to hunt for because we are allergic to mosquito bites. The good is the location near Centraal Station.

Wir waren dort für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Unser Zimmer stank extrem nach kaltem Rauch. In der Toilette war es nicht auszuhalten. Ich bin eigentlich nicht empfindlich, aber nach einer Minute wurde mir von dem extremen Nikotingeruch übel. Geruch wie 10 kalte Aschenbecher. Da die Toilette keinen Vent hat, vermute ich, dass in mehreren Räumen geraucht wird und der sich über die Lüftung verteilt. FAZIT: Morgens mit Kopfschmerzen, wie gerädert aufgewacht - nie wieder! Parken auch nicht möglich. Lieber ein paar € mehr ausgeben, incl. Parkgebühren kommt das auf's gleiche raus, ist aber wesentlich komfortabeler.

Goed budgethotel, alles naar verwachting, alleen was de straatkant erg lawaaierig. Daar gebeurt 's nachts verbazingwekkend veel: nachtelijke samenscholingen van luid discussiërende joden, ruziënde moslims en laat arriverende bussen vol opgetogen jonge dames. Bij 30C en noodgedwongen open raam alleen vol te houden met een stel goede oordoppen. Ik weet niet of het hotelpersoneel daar veel aan kan doen, maar ik heb geen enkele poging gezien.

Wat betreft het lawaai aan de straatkant, onze excuses voor het ongemak dat u heeft ervaren. Onze kamers zijn voorzien van dubbele beglazing om geluidsoverlast te beperken, maar we begrijpen dat dit soms niet voldoende is. In de toekomst kunt u ons 24/7 bereiken bij de receptie om te vragen naar een kamer met uitzicht op het plein, die mogelijk stiller is.Helaas kunnen we geen oordopjes aanbieden, maar we zullen uw suggestie in overweging nemen om het comfort van onze gasten te verbeteren. Good hotel near the Central Station
The hotel was good for a short stay if you want to stay near the central station. No AC or fan in the bedroom made the sleep just decent. From our room on the first floor you could hear some noise from the street. Breakfast could benefit from some small addition such as tomatoes and salad. The buffet was just okay, nothing wow.
